To make your own 3D snowflakes, you will need:
-White cardstock
-Scissors
-Pencil

-Hot glue gun

First, start by cutting a piece of cardstock into a square. Then, fold the square in half to create a triangle. Next, fold the triangle in half again to create a smaller triangle. Repeat this step until you have a triangle that is about 6 inches long.
Once you have your triangle, use a pencil and ruler to draw a line down the center of the triangle. Then, use your scissors to cut along the line, stopping about ½ inch from the point of the triangle. Unfold the triangle and you should now have two identical triangles.
Next, take one of the triangles and fold it in half. Then, fold it in half again to create a smaller triangle. Repeat this step until you have a triangle that is about 3 inches long. Now, use your scissors to cut along the folded edge of the triangle, stopping about ½ inch from the point. Unfold the triangle and you should now have two identical triangles.
Now, it's time to start assembly! Take one of the large triangles and one of the small triangles and line them up so that the points match. Then, use your hot glue gun to glue the two triangles together. Repeat this step with the remaining large and small triangles until you have four triangles glued together in a pyramid shape.
Finally, use your hot glue gun to attach a string or ribbon to the top of your 3D snowflake. Hang your snowflake from a window or door and enjoy your handiwork!
