How I Make Healthy Snickers Shake | Herbalife Nutrition

When it comes to nutrition, I like to do things myself. I'm not a big fan of processed foods, so I prefer to make my own meals and snacks. That's why I was excited to try Herbalife nutrition's new DIY Snickers Shake.

This shake is made with Herbalife's Formula 1 protein powder, which is a great source of plant-based protein. It also has 22 vitamins and minerals, so it's a great way to get all the nutrients you need in one meal or snack.

To make the shake, you'll need:

1 scoop Herbalife Formula 1 protein powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Simply blend all the ingredients together and enjoy! I was really surprised at how good this shake tasted. It was sweet, creamy, and had all the flavors of a Snickers bar. Plus, it's packed with nutrients that will help keep you feeling full and satisfied.

i'm gonna show y'all how to make the

snicker shape yes guys the snicker shape

so the product that you're going to need

and to make the snicker shape is going

to be the dorsey de leche

okay got a dulce de leche here what the

dorset means

in foreign language it means um

carol okay so we got our dosa de leche

we're gonna use our cookies and cream

formula one

okay and last but definitely not least

we're going to use our chocolate

protein again guys these are the

products that's going to be the

foundation

of our shake to make it tasty again

we're going to use our dolce de leche

our cookies and cream and our chocolate

protein so without further ado

let's get right into this video yadi

all right guys so how

do we make our amazing shakes here at a1

nutrition well first we're going to

start off with our 9.5

water 9.5 basically means the alkaline

level right

the lower the number the more acidic it

is and when i mean acidic i mean acid

okay the higher the number when i say

9.5 which is normally the highest

is no acid okay so again we've got our

9.5 water

we're gonna pull uh eight ounces of

water a lot of people ask me how much

water do i use or how much milk or

whatever you use to make your shake

you need about eight ounces to make it

eight to twelve

to make uh based on your desired taste

and thickness

we use eight ounces

all right guys so i usually do to make

it a full meal replacement

you need two scoops of formula one and

you need two scoops of protein

okay so we are going to do

one scoop of dulce de leche formula one

and we're gonna do one scoop of cookies

and cream

formula one

okay now that we got our formula one in

our two scoops of dawson

and cookies and cream we're now gonna do

two scoops of protein

drink mix chocolate flavor

now it's two ways you can actually make

this drink you can do the chocolate

protein

in one scoop of it and one scoop of

peanut cookie protein

but me i'm gonna go ahead and just do

the chocolate protein because i'm gonna

add peanut butter

okay so we got chocolate protein here we

go

one scoop

two scoop okay

so now what we're going to go ahead and

do is here at the a1 nutrition

that's all you need to make a great

tasting shape but i like to take mine to

the next level

and add more stuff in it guys so i'm

gonna go ahead and do that in this video

so right here in this thicker shape

we're gonna add a little bit of nuts

okay all right boom

that's it and

here we have um sugar-free

butterscotch we're going to add just a

tad of butterscotch

boom now that's it now

we get our ice to freshen it up a little

bit so here we go

a little bit of ice

we're off to the races

but i almost forgot one thing guys um

i forgot my peanut butter so actually

after this first pin

i'm gonna add my peanut butter and we're

gonna give it another spin

okay guys so

here we go

and just a tad more water

i'm gonna add a tad more height

and we're gonna mix it up one more time

pull up our snickers shape

you dig perfect look at that thickness

you got the caramel around it you know

sugar-free

yeah okay we're almost done but we're

not quite finished yet

so since our shakes are so low in sugar

so low and carbs so low in calories it's

okay to add some

whipped cream to make it a little

tastier right boom

now we almost done but not quite yet

we're gonna go ahead and

hit a little chocolate oreo sprinkles on

that thing right there yes sir

yes sir and the best is when this gets

to the bottom

it tastes so so

okay now you know snickers has the

caramel so we're gonna finish it up with

a

oh no we got some real snickers in this

thing so gotta put them on top you did

real snickers then we got the caramel

one more

a little drizzle you dig

and um you know it's almost done

so i had a customer the other day said

it's because the detail in my shakes

like i said we got the best in the world

guys again this

caramel oh my god looks amazing
