Receiving bad news from my doctor #shorts

I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness and was given some bad news by my doctor. I was told that I would have to make some lifestyle changes and that I would need to take some time off from work. I was also told that I would need to find a new doctor, as my current doctor was not qualified to treat my condition.
This was all very overwhelming for me, as I am used to being a healthy person. I am also used to being in control of my own life and making my own decisions. However, I know that I have to follow my doctor's advice and make the necessary changes to my lifestyle. I am also trying to find a new doctor who can help me through this difficult time.
In the meantime, I have been trying to find ways to entertain myself and stay healthy. I have been listening to a lot of podcasts and watching a lot of TV. I have also been trying to get out and about more, even if it is just for a walk around the block.
I know that this is a difficult time for me, but I am trying to stay positive and keep my spirits up. I am also trying to take care of myself and my health, so that I can be there for my family and friends.

so shocked by that for some reason
