in order to use speed caracal software

log into your web application using your

credentials once you are logged into

your CRS account on the dashboard you

will see statistics and reports which

include vehicle bookings and agreements

in vehicles section you see your

complete fleet distributed among total

vehicles hired on staff movement in the

workshop and idle vehicle ready to be

hired in booking section you see the new

bookings confirmed bookings and due to

checking out in the agreement section

you see the opened agreements agreements

opened today due to closed today and

overdue closing in the rentals section

you can make advanced booking and

convert the same into an agreement this

option can be used for corporate and

individual customers both let's make a

booking in the rental section select the

booking and on top right corner select

add new booking

select pickup date select pickup

location select drop-off date select

drop-off location select tariff group

the rental charges are defined according

to the tariff group select the vehicle

select the customer you can also add new

customer from the agreement page as well

save the booking select action button

and convert open it into agreements

for checking out of the vehicle go to

your mobile app select checkout from

rental agreement section search for the

vehicle by plate number or you can also

scan the QR code to find the vehicle

details check the mileage and fuel level

then attach the required documents then

tap next select the items provided to

the customer while checking out

now you can inspect your vehicle for the

dents and scratches through your mobile

app by tacking real-time pictures and

save these for the record

repeat the same process for interior of

the vehicle tap next

take the note of the customer take the

electronic signature of the customer and

user and now press finish completing the

checkout process

for checking vehicles select the

check-in from the rental section of your

mobile app you can directly scan the QR

code or search for the plate number

whichever is easy for you

enter the new mileage and fuel level

tap next compare the listed items from

the list if there is any item missing

simply don't check it inspect the

vehicle if there is any new damage

select the damage and take a picture you

can see the old damages in blue color

and new in red color

tap next repeat the same process for the

interior tap next

take the electronic signature of the

customer and user to complete the

check-in operation now you directly

close the agreements from mobile as well

check the agreement and charges and

proceed next to close the agreements

from web application in the rental

section go to agreements and press

action button to select add receipt and

select the payment method and save

select the billing history and check for

dues pertaining to that specific

customer that is if something is to be
