Here's how to make Tteokbokki, Spicy Rice Cake:

Ingredients:

-1 cup (250g) of rice cakes

-1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)

-1 tablespoon of soy sauce

-1 tablespoon of honey

-1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

-1/2 onion, sliced

-2 cloves of garlic, minced

-1/4 cup (60ml) of water

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice cakes and cook for 5 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and vegetable oil.

3. Add the gochujang sauce to the pot and stir.

4. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!
