Recipe for Making Balloons - Minecraft Education Edition

hey there i'm nathan richards today i'm

going to show you how you can make

balloons and what happens to mobs if you

give them one using minecraft education

edition

okay so balloons and we're going to have

a bit of fun with them at the end with

mobs don't forget though make sure you

then you're going to be notified when we

bring out brand new content so for

balloons we're going to start we're

going to need latex to do that so

let's go not there let's go to our

inventory we don't need our dies anymore

we'll come back to that and so to to

make our latex we're going to need um

carbon and we're going to also need our

hydrogen

perfect so let's open up the compound

creator so to make the latex we're going

to need five and eight so it's five

carbon

that's too many nathan let's take that

back out sorry one two three four five

perfect

and eight one two three four five six

seven eight

there it is there our latex let's grab

that and place it in

and then so for the rest of this we

don't actually need to create much more

what we do is we go into the crafting

table and we need a couple of extra

things here we do need

helium so we're going to grab some

helium let's pop that in the hot bar you

do need um dye so we are coming back to

that let's go i might make an orange

balloon

this time um i'll grab you know i'll

grab red as well just so we can see both

um and

you need a lead so something to attach

it to

so we put our lead in so then in our

little crafting table here we're going

to go

die at the top first

followed by helium

followed by the lead

and then it's surrounded

by

latex

and there it is there's my balloon

which is pretty cool so if i want to do

a red one it would just be

red at the top followed by

helium

followed by a lead not all the leads

nathan just one of them

and then latex around it

like so and then so now

i've got a red balloon let's pop that in

there like that

so i'm going to grab let's grab one of

our mobs so let's grab a pig i'm going

to spawn a

pig

there he is and i'm gonna grab my

balloon and as he's running away i'm

going to

attach it and then my

my pig will start flying away

up into the sky

so pretty easy to use it doesn't matter

like the color won't matter i can't

do whatever
