As an artist, I am always looking for new and interesting ways to challenge myself. So, when I came across the prompt to draw nezuko from the anime series Demon Slayer in 4 different styles, I knew I had to give it a shot!

I started by looking at some reference images of nezuko to get a feel for her character. I then decided to tackle the first style – a traditional anime style. For this, I used a combination of pencil and digital drawing. I wanted to capture the big eyes and expressive features that are characteristic of anime characters.

Next, I moved on to a more “chibi” style. This was definitely a challenge, as I had to simplify the features even further. But in the end, I think it turned out cute!

For the third style, I decided to go for a more realistic look. This was probably the most difficult of the four, as I had to be careful not to make her look too “human”. But I think the final result is pretty good!

Last but not least, I tried my hand at a “manga” style. This was definitely the most fun to draw, as I could be a bit more loose with the lines and shading.

Overall, I had a blast drawing nezuko in all these different styles. It was a great way to push myself as an artist and try something new. If you’re ever feeling stuck in a rut, I highly recommend giving it a go!
