Chana dal - 1 Tsp

Urad dal - 1 Tsp

Onion - 1/4th Cup

Tomato - 1/4th Cup

Fresh ginger - 1 Tsp

Green chilli

Curry leaves

Veggies - Carrots , Peas

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves

Coconut fresh

Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
