hydration is super important for the

players they got to stay hydrated

especially for goalies because some

goalies will lose up to nine pounds in

one game just by sweating

the biggest one is

water electrolyte infused water or ph

balanced water it keeps them hydrated

and it keeps their electrolytes uh level

the coconut water has lots of potassium

magnesium and sodium the potassium and

magnesium it helps your muscles

recuperate they also use gatorade two

for that burst of sugar while they're on

the ice so they can keep their energy

levels high
