There was a workstation issue 1.5 years back

Lets look at what it has to do with our very own Fib bit bro

He has not given a proper explanation till today even when he had time to do one for me

There has been no proper response either

Workstation is a company

They are launching a workstation

It is also a product like JIO VR or APPLE VR

Since they were a new startup, they had to promote their brand and product

APPLE... people knew. Workstation... not so much

Easiest way of promotion was to do digital marketing

or influencer marketing

Influencer marketing involves giving the product to social media influencers

... and make them say nice things about the product

They chose three creators for this endeavour

Then, our soldiers asked about the product, and we did a proper video of the same

In fact, it was better than the recent APPLE VISION PRO roast

It was choc-a-block with data

Suddenly, his promotional video goes private

After the video was on Private, a community post crops up

He apologised for spreading misinformation

He contested that it was just an unboxing video, and an overview video, and not sponsored

He thanked his 'friends' for bringing the misinformation to his notice

Well, we were not that friends...

There is also a disclaimer about how they check and analyse thoroughly before reviewing

But that video was not a review

He is saying it is just an unboxing and first impressions video, and not a review

But what actually happened was...

After putting the video on Private, he started editing it

The original video length was 11:24

The edited video was just around 7 minutes

almost 40 percent of the video was edited out

In the edited out clips, he mentions it is a QUICK REVIEW

(Note this point, your honour!!)

This is my first impression, and quick review

He is contradicting his statements

UNBOXING is unboxing. REVIEW is review.

Both are two different things

We are back to manipulation, now

They are saying it will be a performance beast (4.4 Ghz)

If you want to do 3d modelling, autocad

my brother is an architect. He can use his software

to design a bulding, and figure out the layout, rendering etc..

this workstation can be used

Lumion is an important software in this modelling, CAD etc...

You can't work on Lumion without a Graphics Card

Even if you are using 3DS Max, you need GPU to render it

This workstation only has an internal Graphics card and no GPU

That too it is an old model, and a lesser config too

So, it is clear how underperforming it is

...was summoned to the police station, and asked to delete a particular video

I'll get to it later...

My old Ryzen one says 30 minutes, and clearly this one is far better

So, I think I like this for my editing

He is saying gaming is good

editing is good...

Why should he say all this, unless it is for blatant promotion

So, he has technically done the promotion, but is not accepting it

He himself said it was a Quick Review

Then he says it was not a review

When we put the video, he didn't even bother mentioning us or addressing us

Our subscriber count then was just 2 lakhs

He clearly didn't want to give us that mileage

He just mentioned as us "friends"

Then, he ensured the "A2D" tag in his comments became spam

He was adamant that we shouldn't get mileage through his channel

He failed to mention our name, put our channel on spam, etc...

Simply because he is a narcissist...

Another highlight comedy is...

He did a Q and A on another channel

When someone is moving up in life, it is but natural for people wanting to pull them down

But if we slip even a bit, they will just an added push to pull us down

As if we don't have anything to do but pull him down.

Be it that video or this...we never even mentioned your name

This is a classic display of narcissism

What happened after this sambavam? LEts have a look... for the first time

One day I was using the PC, and Ganesan was billing it, I think

And we got a call from an unknown number

Ganesan picked the call, and it was from the cops

He thought it was someone spamming, and cut the call

I realised it wasn't spam, and we called that number agsain

They asked if we were A2D, and we said YES

They wanted to speak to the owner, and I answered now

They summoned me to the station at a particular time because someone filed a case

Once I reached the station, I realised there was no complaint registered

It was more of a discssion where they spoke about our video affected their startup

As a tech guy, such police cases could affect my career and livelihood

My entire life was at stake

I was just 21-22... an emerging talent

That was my first time at a police station

That fear is indescribable

You might ask what is the connection with Tamil Tech bro in all this

In the station, they told me that fellow YouTubers gave them our personal details

Once again, you might ask what is the connect with TT na

Then it became a big issue with many people siding with my plight

In fact, I received calls from the other two influencers, asking about what happened, etc...

But he didn't do anything.

This is just conjecture...

but this is testament to his narcissism

Why can't he just accept his mistakes?

and give unnecessarily convoluted answers to straightforward questions

The reason to that is...

The company will not immediately pay off the funds for promotions

There is 30day or 90 day time period that has to elapse

Also, the other two influencers deleted their videos after what happened to me

He kept the video LIVE for a long time

He just recently deleted it

He wanted to bury this incident

So he deleted that reply video too, which was posted on Tech Thalaiva

It shows how much of a crooked mind he has

In some ways, I get why they asked me to delete my video

Even the cops sided with the facts on my video

But since loss of money was involved, it became a point of contention

So, we just did what felt right then to get out of that situation

It is in Private even now. We haven't deleted it

You know they almost came to hit us outside the police station

I am being honest here...

The main guys were silent. It was the ones in the periphery that were the loudest and most threatening

They asked me to remove the mask and show my face

I asked them to check my videos

All these happened. I haven't told this to anyone so far

Although we were clear that we weren't in the wrong, and it was just out of coercion...

There definitely was a fear

It isn't easy to forget going to a police station for no fault of ours

That was the first time. The fear was real

The threats were very real too

They threatened to remove the video through other means

It was the main guy who knew the seriousness of the issue, and piped them down

If I had told this story then, this would have become a different issue altogether

I knew who were the ones creating an issue. They knew me too

So, I didn't say anything then

In all these problems, did he do anything for youngsters like us?

And then he talks about positive vibes...

People watch tech vidoes for tech.. not vibes

It is just now that I am showing your original face

And it is making your own subscribers leave you

You have no idea how to be progressive and approach technology

What experiments have you done being in this space for so many years

Why haven't you started doing PC videos

Even the PC guys like me have started expanding our skillset

How to do soldering, board-level service etc...

We have been doing so many different genres of videos...

You think your audience will not watch if you try new things

We did a server video by spending so much just to edutain our audience. That is our mindset
