be right there darling

oh hello I'm alias liberty and talk show

Area's best bartenders and I take you on

anyone anyone anyone listening to me

anyway on with the show hi welcome to

mix and mingle

I'm your host Stacie Denison and thank

you for joining us for our big Tiki

party season two finale we have John

Mulder with us tonight who's gonna be

making delicious tiki drinks he is an

artist and the owner of eekum bokum

custom to few mugs in st. Pete

so welcome John thank you so much yeah

that's great to be here thanks so you

are an expert in the Tiki culture if you

will I'm your local all right so so I'm

excited about these drinks that you're

gonna be making because half the

ingredients I didn't even know about

that they existed before you sent over

the recipes so tell us a little bit

about these exotic ingredients are gonna

be making well there's a lot of things

you know obviously tiki drinks are

basically mostly based on rum but

there's also a lot of tropical fruits

and simple syrups complexity of flavors

that we're gonna do so we're gonna play

with a couple of

I dram tonight we're gonna play with

flarin and wash a now for those of us

like myself which didn't know until I

visited the Google machine

what is DRAM Flair gnome and origin well

we're doing an allspice DRAM time and

some a dram was an old term for using

alcohol to extract kind of like flavors

out of herbal medicines back into pretty

interesting now we use it to extract the

flavors in this case of allspice and

cinnamon and so it's it's an over proof

two spiced rum or I've infused it with

allspice and cinnamon and we're gonna

get a real punchy spicy flavor got it

okay or Jay originally was a French or

invention it was emulsified almonds and

they'd use it in place of milk so now we

we mix kind of emulsified sugar and

almond extract and things like that to

have a real kind of like nutty sweet

flavor it's it's used in traditionally

in my ties what you're gonna make

tonight I am yeah so and then we're

gonna make a flare Knight I based all my

drinks around flaring them tonight flare

numb is a simple syrup which is two

parts sugar one part water but this one

is infused with ginger star anis which

is kind of a licorice flavor cinnamon

ginger and it's important so that's what

happens on like you know just repeat

yourself so all our drinks tonight have

flare no Mahalo

Oh - okay excellent so what's the first

string curry Tami's showing us how to

make well I

Jenna and I first went to a tiki bar

this is probably 10 or 15 years ago

Coleman it was the first time I ran into

flaring them and it was the drink was

called a bar Kaizen baby so that is some

name yeah I had three columns they were

tikis carved on American Marchesa style

it's one of the Polynesian islands and

it was based on the legend of the baby

eater or the cannibal and this this was

their signature drink and it was the

first time I'd ever had it and it was

like one of those times where you're

like oh my gosh what is this flavor

mm-hmm and the bartender was like well

it's flaring him and we make it so I

immediately

and goodwill did and over the course of

a few years I kind of perfected my own

Flair from from drinking that one so

this granite tasted and regrowing what

is it sampling

you know on the internet there's always

a 10,000 different oh definitely and you

always have to make your own but I think

I came up with the perfect blend all

right well I'll be the judge of that

so go ahead and let's do it so this is

let's get a couple iced up a couple of

cups okay I always make my drinks in a

pint glass and usually I use a Boston

shaker it allows me to mix my drinks

well okay so we're gonna mix we're gonna

mix two drinks for me and you in this

little one right here so I'm going to

use a blended rum I'm gonna use Appleton

tonight okay and I'm gonna use an ounce

a half and I pour a little heavy I did I

don't go too heavy everybody thinks that

a good cocktail has a ton of booze in it

but measuring is number one yes as long

as you we have a term here on mix and

mingle that was coined this season and

it's called SH mouses yeah yes so that's

when you have a little bit of a heavy

pour it's not you're trying to measure

but if it smells a little extra drop

it's okay i i i always think that a good

balanced drink and a repeatable drink

like you go to your favorite bar and

you're like make me my favorite drink

and the bartender knows you and making

that consistent repeatable drink is

important and measuring as total

definitely I always measure mine so I'm

the same way everybody's like well just

pour it in and I'm like it won't be the

same

it'll be awesome so I'm gonna use

pineapple juice in this case and I'm

gonna I'm gonna go ahead and do equal

parts pineapple juice and rum okay and

then I'm gonna use lime juice a lie a

friend of mine says that you should have

one ounce of lime juice for our one

ounce of citrus for every one ounce of

rum but I like a little more wrong

so now while you're saying rum a lot I

do you have to give a shout-out to our

sponsor Co drug the maker of delicious

rums in Florida thank you code room for

being our sponsor keep to the code all

right now pomegranate juice is this is

the blood of the cannibal yeah we'll use

them now if you don't have pomegranate

juice go out and buy some I guess or you

can use a juice Granberry and of course

all of our drinks tonight have lemon so

like I said I made this flaring them and

you have the recipe I gave it to you yes

and they have the recipe too for sure

you can buy flarin them you know there's

a place called Maggie's Farm that makes

an amazing flare them I'm gonna do a

little a little less than that about

half of a pour on that okay I'm gonna

give it a good stir and that now the

original recipe called for a 151 topper

which yeah it's a little too much booze

so sometimes just to get give it that

kind of like chocolate note or coffee

note I'll put a topper of a dark

Jamaican rum and this is how I use

Meyers

I like Meyers Gosling's a good dark rum

as well but it will just give it that

slight kind of like sweet coffee flavor

okay and then every drink should have a

garnish if you go to a good tiki bar

garnish is very very important in this

case I'm just gonna use lime I'm gonna

use lime a fresh lime and a total eye

minute to brighten it up a bit a good

flavor and then this cocktail my first

one in the night all right thanks for

having me mm-hmm that's good can you

taste the Flair a minute I can yeah a

little bit of a licorice a little bit of

a ginger afternoon it's very good it's

that interesting those like yeah like

like I said complexity of flavor you're

like what is going on you can definitely

tell the complexity of flavors in it

it's not just you know

but what you would get at your you know

local dive bar where it's just fruit

juice and realm like you taste all the

flavors in this it's delicious

sometimes less is more but sometimes

more as it's got a good nose to another

thing you know we always think about

like fresh mint and all those things so

you where you smell it with your nose

and then drink it with your lips yes yes

smell really does make a difference but

what you're drinking or tasting this is

where we're like shooting uh no so for

the second drink you're gonna be making

it is a it's a Saturn Saturn right okay

like the station wagon no I'm just

kidding all right few Saturn card

something you know how recipes the UM

the next drink is going to be a Saturn

and it's a gin-based drink I drink a lot

of gin

you know I every alcohols effect

different people in different ways so it

was like I'll I'll drink a beer I don't

be like I love you you know that kind of

deal all drink tequila and I'll be like

all of a sudden we need to find my ramaa

get a little slurry on but gin I put on

the goofy suit so like when I say the

goofy suit I mean I drink gin and I can

talk smack all night long I think our

producer would agree that such a same

way when I drink gin so it is a

gin-based drink which is very very

unusual

yeah that's almost unheard of there are

a few drinks there's one called the

zombie which is a classic drink that has

gin in it but it's kind of the Long

Island iced tea of tea it's got gin and

everything else in it you know isn't

there usually like a limit the house

yeah like only one zombie or two zombies

per customer so I've got the body weight

to handle

so we're gonna do it so we're gonna

start with gni I am in this case you

know I like a good mid-shelf drink gin I

drink a lot of beefeaters there's a lot

of really great gems on the market we're

going to be mixing it with a lot of like

lime juice and things our lemon juice in

this case matter of fact which is also

unusual so beefeaters is okay you don't

have to have super high engine good

mid-shelf gin and we'll do because we're

gonna put a bunch of flavors into it

okay I like that something affordable

yeah so um when I when I say mid-shelf

are not a lot of flavors I'm gonna put

gin so we're gonna go gin-based ring

okay now it's supposed to have a flare

and of course I'm going to pour about

1/2 a pore of flarin of it okay now

we're going or J in this well as well so

it's gonna it's gonna sweeten it up and

I've got kind of a barmaid or Shea

there's a lot of war Jason if your local

liquor store doesn't have RJ just go hey

we won or J and they'll order boy

there's no problem I just had my local

place order this one oh they're like can

you shower see yeah they're like well we

have these tiny little bottles and I'm

like we're professionals I need the

point so once again a half a pour mm-hmm

now the original the original recipe

called for a passion for your passion

fruit simple syrup which is a simple

syrup two parts sugar one Grail and then

like a passion fruit puree but like I

said I'd like to drink alcohol so I've

gone in for a passion fruit vodka now

the passion fruit vodka people make fun

of flavored vodkas but in this case I'm

using the flavor come in handy and for

sure so it and it has a real kind of

punchy passion fruit flavor I'm gonna go

for a full pour and that's what the heck

bounces so like I said this drink is

supposed to be a lemon base jib drink

which is unusual doesn't happen very

often so it's gonna be are okay are you

know what in here now with the gin is

probably measures well though it's that

sweet and sour so yeah the sweetness of

the

or J and the sweetness of the flare gnam

and then that's offset with the kind of

spicy and juniper II of the gin and then

the tartness of the lime juice or lemon

juice and that's that's basically the

drink so I'm going to give it a little

bit of a stir okay pour it and of course

I've made a garnish for it and because

it's it's called the Saturn

yes Saturn yeah you know you can really

wowzer fight your friends welcome to our

fabulous has the Saturn ring I remember

that from a book report I did in the

fourth grade

that writer ensures that the sixth

planet that's what Google's for that's

exactly right good luck oh now you

wouldn't expect this from a gin drink

right I wouldn't know hmm the passion

fruit you can really do pulls it through

mm-hmm it's a nice aftertaste hmm I can

drink this we we end up at like Tiki

events and at every TV event they have

room parties and room crawls they call

them and everyone makes their own home

cocktail and we've won best cocktail

with this drink right

well you just took one of my questions

away oh I'll have forgotten by that well

speaking of mingle uh how about we go

ahead and pick a drink and pour them

into these beautiful tiki mugs that you

not only brought them made they're

lovely so it's good and I think I don't

know which one I think I will choose the

first drink yes mine I'm gonna go for

this because like I said my producer

thinks gin makes me goofy oh is all the

end of the show all right

lovely

would you like a straw figure oh yeah

that's dress whenever you drink out of

CG mugs mister also Carol thank you yes

I leave my fabulous garnish did I Oh

drink I don't want to upset the

garnishes all right let's go to Orlando

you're drinking from a rum Barrel by the

way I love it

I really do I'm gonna talk about it oh

yeah they can see it so on the front is

eekum bokum which is the name of John's

company and then there's a cute little

bunghole which is what it's called yes

but it's just a silly word it's actually

Cork he was telling me salad this is

it's awesome

I love it you don't want to lose it in

the dishwasher doesn't hold as much

business so I was gonna ask like is

there any special instructions for

taking care of tiki mugs yeah we do hi

Firestone where am in they called

mid-range we call it I fire it's

basically stoneware so that's Bill I

always tease that it's built mold or

tough but it's belt loops nothing you

can throw it in the dishwasher and drop

it on the floor you can drop it it may

break but it's less likely to break them

just like your regular that's good to

know or something their bills in total

three are yeah all right so if I break

it right now so John tell me um for our

viewers who don't know you did used to

be in the military I did I did a life in

the military I was in the army

how did you go from military man to

artist I'd always been an artist my my

mother was an artist my grandmother was

artist and I'd always made art I always

kind of like identified myself as an

artist you know I think that I always

knew that I grow up and be an artist and

so it's just who I am and now I went in

the military as a circumstance and it

was an awesome part of my life I like I

spent you know most of my adult life I

loved it but I made art the whole time I

was littler I've always been the part

the local art association Xand had an

art studio and show them now you

mentioned people and your family were

entire to debate also do sculpture and

painting like you were my mic my gram my

mother and my grandmother's mostly just

painting I went back to college and I'd

I'd started you know in the military had

you know kind of a way to reconnect with

my mother you know 3,000 miles away I

used to hand sculpt heads hands and feet

for dolls and I would send them out to

my mother and she would make the

armatures and the clothing and we do

Santa Clauses mostly just as a way to

connect with my mother when I went back

to college everyone takes sculpture

mm-hmm

and I did really well on sculpture and I

made tiki mugs so that was actually

leading into my next question is um so

with starting out the tiki mugs what

kind of got you into that were you

always into the TV culture or I think it

started out as a collection like my

mother was a crazy collector I'm a crazy

collection and Jen my wife and I lived

in Virginia's mid 90s or something then

we'd gone to a local thrift store word

thrift store you know and there was a

that was a Tiki mug on the shelf and was

like a buck and it was a Paul Marshall

product and I bought it was like a buck

and I took it home and like I don't know

like a week later that was another one

or the bar had a not a bar but another

thrift store and then I had three mm-hmm

once you have three it's just on it's a

collection we have almost a thousand

probably it's not do you have a favorite

out of all of them or at this point do

you kind of forget what you know you

know no I you know it's funny because

like we have a lot of mugs and so

sometimes I'll arrange them on shelves

by types like you have a run barrel I

probably have 50 different run barrels

from different saw like all have all my

rum barrels in one spot I'll have all my

coos and one spot COO this is a coup

it's a Hawaiian Scott's sometimes I'll

have all of them by the bar mm-hmm like

the island or from stocked and then the

mai Chi from Fort Lauderdale on all

arranged them like that and then

sometimes all I all have like all my

orange ones and all my green ones and

blue ones so you can almost change them

by season like it drives my for wife

nice yeah you know what I feel like just

playing rum barrels this month well we

have them all out so it's like what you

know so as we go through but I do have a

favorite a couple of favorites there's

ones I'm always looking for you know

kind of thing there was a place called

the aku-aku

which was a tiki bar in the starlight

lounge in las vegas it's defunct now

it's gone but it was a classic mo high

which is a in Easter Island coming what

everybody thinks about you to Easter

Island that's but it was a big square

one with a lid with two stronghold I

love it so that's one of my favorites

for sure okay do you and your wife drink

out of a milkshake style like you know

the old tips like yeah I always see a

side we make a waddle lidded mugs oh my

I feel like I'm almost the king of livid

mugs at this point but um I was pushed

for two straw holes and everybody thinks

it's there for two deals but like I said

garnishment is so important so you gotta

have one for your straw then one for

your flaming accoutrement orchids and

that's what they're really fancy with

your orchid you know if you go and buy a

mai tai added at a bar mmm they'll have

they'll have a fresh market in it or at

least they should they should yeah oh my

one I had one today at the bar today

it did not cuz I don't I wasn't prepared

with my organ for behind I stopped at

public so they didn't have any Empress

produce dissection publics I work harder

oh is that everything shopping supplies

so um Publix is not a sponsor but they

sure so the name of your company

bucum is there a story behind the name

you know we you know like I said we

started collecting tea mugs in the night

playing a lot of Nintendo 64 who wasn't

especially in the night news oh my gosh

that was the best game system so on

there was a game called banjo kazooie it

was like a bear that had gone through

this like you know world and the bad guy

was a witch doctor and whenever you got

to the end of the level you had to be

the bad guy you know and so things would

go wrong and he would he would come out

screaming he kabukiman kaboom go off so

it was like you know just kind of a

cliche thing that we would say one way

over whenever we would find tiki mugs at

the thrift store in antique shops and so

when it was time to name the company

Janus just came up with the name

naturally

I you know it's funny now because

everybody like how do you spell that

I mean I first of all I don't know how

to snow so I would have I would have

come up with a kind of a like a like a

triple a tiki mugs name or just with the

Google search but it's good I like it so

what some do you have a favorite team

ugh that you've made we've made it's

funny because we had a bar at our last

home we we owned a we owned a like a

large building an old 1930s Ice House in

Alabama and we had like a 800 square

foot TV bar in that place now I don't

all these huge shelves behind the bar

with the aspiration of putting all my

Tiki mug zoom but in the end we could

only put the tiki mugs that we'd already

made of our own okay which was when she

get him up here like oh wow we have

really done a lot of teaching food so I

think there's a few that I'm proud of

for sure

so like we made a Marchesa bar baby

eater for the Hukilau which is a Florida

based event we do we've done a like a

shrunken hand with

Shriners you know there's there's a

number of them so each one is and when

you make art you're fascinated with the

thing you're that you're making right

now

yes and then you're on to the next

living with an artist I know how that is

so um you create custom mugs - are there

any that stand out any custom orders

that were unique or if someone wanted to

order a customer how would they do that

um I think every mug like we're going

right now we're making we have left 5 or

7 mugs in process right now we're doing

everything from I like classic Tiki this

is classic teeth you just kind of like

old-school real command kind of

Polynesian hard right but I Tiki culture

is really based in kitschy culture from

the 30s and 40s and 50s it's really not

from Hawaii everybody's like do you go

to Hawaii get some tiki mugs but the

truth is is that it was really a

mainland deal it was an escapism for us

on the mainland we created these little

worlds and it really it doesn't

necessarily have anything to do with

Polynesian culture per se just kind of

the escapism of the South Pacific and

alcohol and you know the arts of that

kind of see sunspots oh we do we do a

lot of art you just kind of based on

those things Tiki culture is really kind

of coming back it's it's awesome and

unfortunate because now I can't go to

the thrift store and find a teacher no

Lori you know that they're like they're

$5 and I'm like I want it for a dollar

you know but you know it's great for us

because the business is awesome and you

know we go to all these cities and do

all these Tiki events and tiki bars you

know we have

just in the next two months we probably

have five or seven tiki bars that we

have to go to for their for their

anniversaries and we go up and we make

their anniversary months based on

whatever they want we're doing the shark

one and you know all types of things so

super fun

very cool so thank you for filling me in

on Tiki culture because for those of our

viewers that watch the promo this week I

knew absolutely nothing so uh thank you

for filling me in on that um I also came

up with a little game so uh you're big

into tiki drinks and I there are some

that you know people like myself would

confuse as being a tea drink but they're

not necessarily they're more tropical

drinks that maybe you know you just put

the two together and they're not you

know so um the name of the game is Tiki

know Tiki mmm so I'm ki no no I guess I

should say Kiki or no Kiki let me put an

oar in there so I'm going to read off a

list of drinks oh yeah and you have to

tell me

Tiki or no te meaning they were born

Tiki means they were born in a tiki bar

no Tiki obviously is just a tropical

drink local produce free to eat drink go

all right first one you actually

mentioned this earlier so this is gonna

be an easy one for you

zombie the zombie is a classic Beach Don

the Beachcomber Street built originally

made in the 1930s so so Tiki the answers

to the words are D key or note too much

all right painkiller painkiller

absolutely invented but invent in the

Caribbean on Yost Van Dyke okay so

fabulous drink but it's still a classic

on any tea

yes maybe grog

Navy grog Tiki drink for sure absolutely

dark and stormy dark and stormy I must

have which is actually came up as a nun

that's not true it's funny it's kind of

the Moscow Mule of the tea people it is

yeah yeah I agree with that

um pina colada a non tiki drink uh I'm

not a frozen drink drinker you know the

Saturn that we're drinking hmm

originally was a blended drink all right

I get I get brain freeze too easily so

rumrunner another one not necessarily a

tiki drink but I love it because it's a

classic floor to drink but typically

frozen yeah I would agree with you there

new Claude no mai tai my Titan number

one on the list of GD drinks for sure

Sidewinders Feng and now a it is a

cheeky drink they do make a cobras Fang

which is a classic Tiki drink and I

would think a sidewinder thing would be

a take on that I'd say Cobra Fang would

be a tea he drank a night why nerfing

know what do they come up with

it's a Tiki yeah I I don't remember what

it is

exactly yes it's a tikki uh Singapore

sling it's another gin base drink I

drank them and they are on I spent you

know it's funny because tiki bars are

kind of a commingled with Chinese food

restaurants a classic tiki bar will have

Cantonese style food so Singapore sling

on the list for sure as I say no in here

it's an auntie quite well though they're

served at tiki bars it was not born is

that right yeah probably went on cuz

it's gin mm-hmm missionary's downfall I

love that drink for sure yeah that's a

take you drink for sure

it's a min pastry and the last one the

jungle bird name of a bar in Sacramento

brand-new beautiful yeah but not but not

a Tiki you know they call those there's

a couple of names for the because then

the jungle bird and

in Sacramento beautiful place you know

they do have tea keys but it's mostly

floral print and wicker and stuff so you

know they have kind of a name for that

it's like but it's you know it's not a

non-traditional tea right but know how

to take a drink singing I'm not sure all

right you in this round

all right Cheers stitching so we have

one more drink that you're gonna make

it's the most complicated of all of them

it's call the three dots in a Nash all

right let's go do it

all right so the three dots and a dash

I'm gonna have to pull up a couple of

different glasses here all right so the

three dots three dots in the dash is

named after the three dots and the dash

which is a the term for mm-hmm

Morse code for victory after World War

two Oh enjoy it was developed for by Don

the Beachcomber who was really part of

the forefather of tiki drinks trader Vic

the Cointreau came afterwards but on the

starless the person that set up modern

tiki fruit and we developed this drink

during World War two so it has two rums

okay it has an Agricola which is a rum

that's not based on molasses is based on

actual sugar cane syrup molasses is the

byproduct of making sugar from either

sugar cane or from sugar beets or

something like that and they use the

molasses oh and it's all done after

they've taken the sugar crystal out and

then they ferment that and distill that

and make rum but the the fresh sugar

cane makes kind of a this style of okay

and it has a little more kind of a

grassy flavor so we're going to put that

in there we're gonna use one part this

okay

and then we're gonna use a blended rum I

think that I brought will use Appleton

again I like Appleton but you can use

any blended aged blended rum

speaking of blended aged rum I do just

have to say code rum came out with a

delicious new one called I think it's

called Commodores cut I may be mistaken

but anyway I I actually haven't tried it

yet but I'm very excited I hear it's

delicious and it's limited edition so

check it out on their website at the

code rom-com yeah we just got down here

so I'm looking forward to trying all of

the all the local step or two base

drinks yeah awesome I bought I brought a

florida-based look yes now on the three

dots in the couch that's orange juice in

it but sometimes I'll punch it up with a

little orange liqueur as well I think

tonight we'll just use orange and now of

course it has flour of course you know

what of tonight so I'm gonna put a half

a pore of flaring them in this okay and

I brought a an allspice gram but like I

said this is an over proof from with

just allspice berries you can buy them

in any store you put them in there

that's not make spice run there's a

couple of things in an allspice all

spices of berry that is a seed and so

I've made this and I put a little

cinnamon in it I let it steep for about

ten or ten or twelve days and it can be

spicy so you have to be careful I'm

gonna put about a half a pour in this it

really kind of punches up that spicy

flavor Oh sounds good now it has orange

juice and lime juice mm-hmm so I'm gonna

pour orange juice I'm gonna do a full

shot of orange juice

okay now you could like I said if you're

if you're just an alcoholic it could use

a an orange liqueur but I'm gonna use

want to choose tonight for us a lime

juice mm-hmm

and it has a honey syrup you know the

honey syrup is half honey half water

that's all you do okay what I've done

when I've made my DRAM because I only

for this cocktail I've included my half

honey half water as part of this thing

so it just kind of stream awesome I've

already done my honey makes it easy and

then I'm gonna do I'm gonna I'm gonna

stir as they say I smelled this and

component working component of any deal

have any cocktail pour it on and of

course I have a garnish of course so is

it something to do with three dots and

intercourse yeah now I thought

maraschino cherries which some may think

is a faux pas now the three dots are the

cherries

pineapple - and a classic one would have

brandied you know why certainly

and the last but not least the coup de

Gras a little a little bitter so I'm

gonna use an orange bitters on this case

you can go nowadays and buy a bitters in

almost every flavor yes that's true so

and it does and like I said we talked

about a complexity of flavor it really

does add a little bit of a flavor to it

so judging like a like and a - it's a

victory - victory

you can taste that spice in it right mmm

yeah that's really good is on it's one

of those cocktails that you can sip on

you can just sip and savor it really

good

all right so John now is when I take the

reigns of bartending for our test drink

segment and I'm not gonna make any

promises i tiki drinks are not my

specialty um but I'm going to give it a

shot tonight

shall we change places yes I will I will

do a little switch ease with you look

all right so ooh red not a glasses here

man all right I'm gonna use I'll use

this glass classic at the end I'll just

let you savory to drink there so you're

gonna of course start with your glass of

ice and then we're gonna be using rum

from our friends code rum and we're

going to be doing a mango mai tai

actually and you know what I'm gonna

switch out my ice bucket real quick so

that I can put ice up here I always like

to start out with the base layer of ice

okay so we're gonna do I'm gonna be

tempted to pour it into this it's a very

thick glass so since I'm just making one

for you since I ran out of glass to like

clean up as I go along so don't mind me

we're going to do another shot

Oh are we gonna do we should all right

all right so then we're gonna do a shot

of our spiced rum some code rum and of

course I'm doing it two shots and swear

maybe what you drink we're drinking

together all right

lot goes into this okay then we're gonna

do a little splash of orange juice I'm

not even going to measure it I know I've

said that I measure everything that

froze I'm doing a little by site here

and then I'm gonna use a little of your

orange look cleaner yeah this is

fabulous I really like it made in st.

Peter's fairway from I love local I'm

gonna do about 1/2 ounce of dress and

we're already filled to the top ladies

and gentlemen I get a straw and just I

have somewhere all right

I'm very nervous I have to say because

you're like the staring at it of course

no and oh I need a little lime juice

it's very important but I'm running out

of room so I'm weak and de-ice that cup

like shaking your pen I'm gonna start

chanting Iike booka booka booka okay so

I'm doing a little stir we'll see how it

takes that's the real question

it can note and you know what guys I'm

RJ oh shoot oh my gosh that was a the T

key ingredient surprise

[Music]

I'll just do a little Janet loves OJ in

almost everything really oh my god she

pours it in everything really yeah I

would have it over cereal

I don't think cakes I wish I'm making a

mess I have to talk to your bar manager

hey Dom you have some cleaning we need a

bigger mixing cups oh I'm sweating here

I'm nervous

John is the expert all right I'm gonna

give it another little stirring all

right I don't have garnish I came over

water okay should we do a squeeze please

yeah brighten it up I love it you could

light it on fire as your squeeze

that's good yeah yes yeah taste the

mango siliceous yeah the mango is good

very nice all right not as bad as I

thought it would be I mean I was I was

confident in it but I was nervous

because you're just such an expert in

the Tiki drink world is it better than

the one you had today it is better okay
