Ingredients

- 1 LB Organic Chicken Breast

- 1 TBSP Olive Oil

- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced

- 1/2 Lemon Juiced

- 1/2 TBSP Dried Basil

- 1/2 TBSP Dried Oregano

- Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes- To Taste

Recipe

1. Either Slice Your Chicken Breast Into Thin Pieces Or Buy It Pre Sliced. FYI It’s Less Expensive To Cut It Yourself.

2. Add It To A Bowl And Add Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Dried Basil, Dried Oregano, Salt, Pepper And Red Pepper Flakes. Allow This To Marinate for 30 Min. The Chicken Will Look Discolored. This Is Normal And Is Due To The Lemon Juice.

3. Heat Your Grill To High And Cook Over Direct Heat With The Lid Open. They Should Take 2-4 Min Per Side. A Good Reference Is When You See The Outer Edge Of The Chicken Start To Go White With The Middle Still Pink, Flip The Chicken. Cook For The Same Amount Of Time On The Other Side And Allow Them To Rest For 4-5 Min.

4. Enjoy On Its Own Or With Rice, Pasta, Veggies Or Whatever You Want!
