⚠️ The one word you should know if you want to make snowballs: suojasää!

🌨 You see, you can only make snowballs in special winter conditions.

❄️ When the temperature outside is slightly above freezing, and you have fresh, moist snow, then you can make them!

So, if you hear a Finn saying ”Tänään on suojasää”, be ready to build a snowman because today is the perfect day to make it. ☃️

🇫🇮 Cultural tidbit: This word literally translates to "shelter weather”. Back in the day, people were working outdoors all the time and this type of mild weather was happily welcomed.

☃️ Did you know that you cannot make snowballs everyday with snow? Let me know in the comments ⬇️
