Boston Weather season to season and all year round. January is the coldest month in Boston, July is the hottest. Boston is surprisingly sunny, it gets 201 sunny days per year, even in the winter we get many sunny days. Spring and Fall are when you'll find the most comfortable weather. It is in low 70's in May and in September. December tends to be the wettest month. Best month for swimming is August. Boston summers are either comfortably hot and sunny or unbearably humid, and when you get both the high temperatures and the humidity, it's time to head for the many great beach in the area.
