Ditch The Dumbbells: Full Body Circuit Workout for Beginners | Chuze Fitness

We love creating full body circuit workouts for you to do anywhere, no equipment necessary! Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve cardio capacity, break a sweat or simply get back into shape, this bodyweight circuit workout will get you there. Remember to move with a purpose and get in touch with one of our trainers’ movement assessments.

Go through this circuit three times (or five times if you really want a burn):

25 Pushups

50 Mt. Climbers

20-30 Alt. Lunges

25 Burpees

25 Dips

50 Squats

15 Box Jumps

30 Bicycle Crunches

50 High Knees

1:00 Plank
