The S3 in the name stands for Seat Strap System. The moniker refers to the fact that this travel pillow has velcro straps in the back that are designed to attach to the extendable wings of an airplane headrest.

By securing your pillow to the headrest on a plane, you can move, adjust positions, or even get up and go walk around and your travel pillow will stay in place till you come back to your seat.

The core of the travel pillow is a supportive, memory foam, U-shaped neck pillow. It's 5" in height and filled with 100% polyurethane memory foam filling.

The outer cover is 100% polyester. It's removable and washable and comes in a variety of colors. It also features a small pocket for a media player or accessories. There is a toggle that connects the ends of the pillow to create a 360° neck and head support feature. There is also a flat back portion, so your head won't be pushed forward if you lean back.

The whole pillow can be rolled to half of its size. It comes with a separate travel case for compact travel.

The strap system is designed for use on airplanes (not cars). But the pillow can really be used anywhere as a more traditional neck pillow (just without using the straps). It's also fairly affordable.
