Devastating Nova Scotia flood viewed from a drone

drone footage shot in bedford, just north of halifax, shows the scale of floodwaters that have drowned roads and surrounded buildings. A huge rain storm, which started on Friday, dumped more than 25 cm on some areas in just 24 hours - the same amount that usually falls in three months.
