Our first ever European football experience 🇷🇴 (WOW!)

all right ever since we met that

hilarious guy at the antiques market we

decided that rapid bucharest was our

team

so here we are ready to go to our first

football game i will say one goal of

this vlog is for me to never say the

word written on the screen i'm gonna do

my best to refer to this sport as

football because where i come from

football is a sport played not with your

foot and not with the ball totally

different thing

i will say this we got here like three

hours early because we had to get uh the

bracelet which proves that we have a

uh negative coveted test yes we were

wondering maybe it'll take hours to get

in um we were in and out of that tent in

like two minutes yeah yeah so we've got

a couple hours to kill now my impression

of uh

football almost said the wrong word uh

in europe especially is that this game

might be a wild and crazy party

so i'm not complaining that we're here

two or actually three hours early yeah

right now it's pretty tame it's very

small right now everyone's wearing the

burgundy shirt maybe i'll buy a jersey

if they're selling inside that would be

nice yeah but i'm sure we'll meet some

interesting people and have some drinks

and i'm super excited for this yeah my

energy level right now is up here so

i've got three hours to wait we'll see

if it comes down before the game but uh

here we go rapid eucharist

i wanted to say uh the security here was

pretty intense like checking everything

and the guy in front of me got caught

bringing something in i don't know what

it was it might have been a flare it was

like a tube almost like a pill bottle

but like compressed air wow it looked

like it might have been a flare if

anyone knows what he it might have been

he had it in his scarf and he got caught

in the cops and i was like oh right in

front of the you know right in front of

the stadium right last minute

anyway so excited yeah the security is

pretty pretty top notch here

including drink coffee time

do you think we'll win steve

hope so i hope it's not zero i should

say mill nil

what do you think the sport would be

it's gonna be two nothing ah rapping two

nil rabbit

two nothing all right everyone's hearing

and the game hasn't even started

this fight before the game

i never see anything like this at any

sporting event

ice hockey baseball american football

i've never seen this i've never seen

okay correction we warmed up in the

white jerseys and they warmed up in the

black jerseys but now the other team is

in the whites and in fact all of their

fans are called the white sensation and

they got the flags going and the smoke

which is pretty incredible and we are in

the maroons

all right here we go

how are they going to see the game

i think ivana is absolutely right how

can these guys see the game

best seats in the house and you can't

see nothing

yeah and i can't see nothing

and look at all the smoke on the field

this is awesome

okay

i wonder if that was a punishment

there was a there was a fist fistfight

so they said you can't watch two minutes

can't watch

i don't know

it's a sporting event or a war rally

this is amazing

it seriously stinks like smoke

it feels like it's like

fourth of july fireworks show

and uh we also learned that there's no

alcohol allowed in the seats i wonder

why

it really is a cheering competition

between our guys and their guys

obviously our guys are winning because

we got way more fans but it is going

back and forth and they're like taunting

each other

honestly the uh

the fans are more entertaining than the

game

i don't know much about

football

but the fans are amazing

honestly i'm sweating

i've been sitting here doing nothing and

my ears were like

green

yeah the cheering was

they're doing a great job at sharing

unbelievable atmosphere i will say in

north america i'm not convinced you

could take your shirt off in a sporting

event yeah

there's like 300 people down there

jumping up and down the entire half

screaming lighting smoke bombs on fire

and throwing them absolutely amazing in

here i have to say

previously in our vlogs i have been

critical of

football this sport

because of the taking of the injuries i

have to say i need to ask for

forgiveness

from this football

world because

the atmosphere here is electric honestly

10 years ago i would go down there

wow

nowadays

and normally at a sporting event i have

a few beers no need no need to have a

beer here yeah you're right on straight

because it is it is like a it's like a

tribal uh war

i got a color you paint your face start

screaming it's very it's very tribal

it's kind of amazing watching football

on tv is way different than watching

football in real life in real life

i don't understand what's happening

really in football is it good offense or

bad defense or good goaltending because

i don't really know watching football on

tv is kind of boring because i don't

really know what's happening i don't

understand this right right but here

this beats north american sports by 10

times wow you prefer watching yeah yeah

this football not happening compared to

american football uh in the stadium yes

industry i would watch american football

i know what's going on i know yes i'm in

the real in real life game oh yeah this

is way better this is the most electric

live show i've ever seen concerts

anything i've ever seen i think it's the

most electric atmosphere i've ever been

i gotta say it's pretty nice stadium no

yeah also interesting it's not full up

here yeah i think it's uh maybe the

stadium is about 70 percent full maybe

which is amazing that some people are so

into it and up here there's not even

full yeah

i don't know i think it's because of

i'm actually sweating my heart i have

like high blood pressure from watching a

game

yeah

it's pretty full i mean yeah it's about

70 full

capacity yeah all right

so we're uh we'll see the second half

now we're up one nothing my two nothing

i should say my two nil prediction

might be right

all right second half here we go

second half on the field on the field

that's a mistake

oh my gosh the second half is more rowdy

in the first half

oh no oh no we stopped cheering and they

started cheering

i think it's time we grew them yeah

holy jumping that was a real fist fight

those guys just do punches at each other

that was a legitimate

great hook the guy threw

jumping this match this match has had a

little bit of everything

i mean there's going to be some red

cards happening that one dude through a

right hook the other guy

okay still gonna leave but let's see

what the ref does now

all right guys we got about 10 minutes

left here but we only got 10 men because

one of our guys uh

threw a right hook

so 10 minutes left but we're down a man

hey sorry guys i just realized um

we both got red cards 10 on 10.

10 men on 10 men

oh gosh oh gosh

free kick in the extra minutes

yeah

for the good guys

i will say it seemed like the incredible

energy from the crowd was getting to the

players in the second half was four

yellow cards and two red cards including

one fist fight yeah

so i think the energy of the crowd uh

got to the players i will say just to

repeat the most electric

atmosphere i've ever been yeah honestly

this game is so exciting it was so

exciting every european country we go we

go to a football match

and we rank them on craziness and

quality of soccer everything it's so

great yeah
