बाजरा आटा - Pearl millet flour - 1 cup (140 grams)

सूजी - Semolina - 1/4 cup (50 grams)

दही - Curd - 3/4 cup

नमक - Salt - 1 tsp

हरी मिर्च - Green chilli - 1 tsp, chopped

अदरक - Ginger - 1 tsp, grated

हरे मटर - Green peas - 1/2 cup

इनो फ्रुट सॉल्ट - Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲

मूंगफली - Peanuts - 1/2 cup

नारियल - Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated

नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp

हरी मिर्च - Green chilli - 2 no

अदरक - Ginger - 1 inch

नींबू का रस - Lemon juice - 2 tsp

तेल - Oil - 3 tbsp

सरसों के दाने - Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

उरद दाल - Urad dal - 1 tsp

लाल मिर्च - Red chilli - 2 no

करी पत्ता - Curry leaves - 20-25 no
