Protesters build barricades in the Senegalese capital Dakar as opposition party supporters and police clashed after President Macky Sall's announced the indefinite postponement of a presidential election set for February 25. Saturday's postponement, which came just a day before official campaigning was due to begin, set off a wave of international concern.
