I passed through paignton only 3 months ago, but spent most of my time in neighbouring torquay. Another jaded once popular town on the so called ‘English Riviera’. I thought I would return to paignton, focus on the town and its estates, and ask the locals if indeed this stories of antisocial behaviour are accurate. Or are these reports exaggerating the truth.
