You can do this Ball Mastery Workout at home whenever you want to improve your ball control. 10 minutes of intense work and you can do as many rounds as you want!

what's going on guys i have an intense

10 minute ball mastery session lined up

for you

i want to change things up a bit make it

as game realistic as possible

so a lot of the drills are going to be

movements that you're

actually likely to do in a game we're

going to go 10 minutes

intense work 30 seconds on 15 seconds

off

cycle through all the different

variations and by the end of it you'll

feel amazing

so let me set the timer and we'll get

into it

our first one nice and easy inside

touches so between the feet we're going

to get as many touches possible 30

seconds let's go

with all these variations quality first

so find your rhythm and then once you do

you can pick up the speed

all right so quality first and then also

get your head up

and scan around you you want to be aware

of what's going on

and once you have that down again you

can pick up the speed

as many touches as possible get your

feet moving quick

and keep scanning left right

ball from one side to the other

that's the next movement 30 seconds
