this season we have made several

technological advancement we have

engaged triple play as our partner to

help us with fan engagement and we are

using more video medium to communicate

with our fans and we could see

significant improvements technology is

obviously a massive factor in taking our

fan engagement shastri forwards in the

future

at present triple play allow us to

engage all our fans better and with more

contents so we can engage with our fans

before during after a match and that's

on match days and keep it going

throughout the week we look to various

systems we visited Chelsea man City

Derby broadside and waterin and we felt

that triple play solution was the best

system for us Carla see we predominately

used the system at the stadium of course

as 150 screens across the stands and in

hospitality areas but we also use it in

our first team training center and our

academy our foundation our four houses

sport complexes situated around the

stadium and we're looking to implement

it litter other clubs Tan Sri Vincent

tan owns such as FK Sarajevo kpk and of

course le city triple players helped our

fan engagement strategy massively we've

got nine projectors just like the one

behind me all around the stadium

allowing us to show in-house TV content

so covering all the teams aside from the

first team

aside from gameday alongside the

offerings from BT and sky

in the build-up to a game we're able to

show all of our in-house content

including all behind the scenes footage

exclusive interviews which we only

gather in-house which just ramps up the

atmosphere in the stadium on game day

and hopefully it makes the whole fan

experience here kind of stick to that

bit more enjoyable triple play helps us

after the games as well so it just

doesn't go to the 90 minute mark we can

keep engaging with our fans after the

matches for example today we've got the

rugby international so as soon as the

final whistle goes here hopefully a lot

of our fans will stay at the ground to

watch the rugby - so just those actual

touches helped us make a match leave a

bit more special since the introduction

of Triple A we have significantly

improved fan engagement the numbers of

fans have been significantly improved

and our return on investment of it's

basically two to three months we've had

a good healthy working relationship with

Triple Play our statement tenants Rico

introduced us and they helped us design

the system install it and the training

on the system and helping us implement

new things as we go along through out

the scenes
