think it's really significant this I

think everybody at home knows that if

you make yourself unnaturally bigger and

it hits your hand it is likely modern

day penalty as the vernacular but this

is the important bit a player is

considered to have made his body

unnaturally bigger when the position of

their hand arm is not a consequence of

the player's body movement for that

action well surely his arm being up

there when he's running backwards

no his arms come up no that's just

natural natural his arm to go into that

position like I think what you said

there about modern day penalties right

that's that's the penalties that they

that they give now it's still very harsh

I think yeah the movements that he's

making in regards to moving backwards

and jumping his arm isn't in a natural

position and his eyes are closed so if

he's able to recognize that then that's

a skill he still has to score the

penalty and he does a very very coolly

brilliant I think it's a penalty all day

long and if anyone you really do yeah

the funny was only told about Lee Dixon

could have done in that instant apart

close proximity quite often actually

means they're not given because he's got

no chance of you know being that close

to getting out of the way I think he

kind of leap and use your arms of course

I'm not stupid but his last bit that

movement I think he does raise it raise
