I'm going to sub the law down but I

think it's really significant this I

think everybody at home knows that if

you make yourself unnaturally bigger and

it hits your hand it is likely modern

day penalty as the vernacular but this

is the important bit a player is

considered to have made his body

unnaturally bigger when the position of

their hand arm is not a consequence of

the player's body movement for that

action well surely his arm being up

there when he's running backwards

no his arms come up no that's just

natural natural his arm to go into that

position like I think what you said

there about modern day penalties right

that's that's the penalties that they

that they give now it's still very harsh

I think yeah the movements that he's

making in regards to moving backwards

and jumping his arm isn't in a natural

position and his eyes are closed so if

he's able to recognize that then that's

a skill he still has to score the

penalty and he does a very very coolly

brilliant I think it's a penalty all day

long and if anyone you really do yeah

the funny was only told about Lee Dixon

just to let you know he's a city fan

really upset up there

activity though I mean

they've got a referee and they've got

they're obviously they've discussed it

and they've looked at it so they don't

care about proximity as well because

like I'm not sure what Jack greenish

could have done in that instant apart

from trying well there seems to be two

things one is it that you the argument

is that his arm is up there is a result

of of his natural body move because he's

running backwards and two that he's so

close proximity quite often actually

means they're not given because he's got

no chance of you know being that close

to getting out of the way I think he

does

you want to think he can bring his arms

just a touchstone I know you have to

kind of leap and use your arms of course

I'm not stupid but his last bit that

movement I think he does raise it raise

it up yeah it's changed the time it's

been great I don't I don't think he

raises sorry sorry no no I mean well

it's brilliant for the game I think

there's obviously this tension the city

never took advantage we think they're

one hell up well you know the long way

back from yeah not anything Britain from

United obviously a little bit of liquid

depending that they've grown their way

back into it set up for a brilliant

second half United have already much in

this game yeah city has seemed a little

bit stunned by it didn't they you know

what they perceived to be the Injustice

of it they seemed a little bit Yeah I

think that was destroyed that's the case

of the Injustice of it and when you're

playing in a final them decisions can be

taken away not for good play

um in regards to man united but anything

can happen now in a second I'm sorry we

always see it throughout the season you

need a bit of luck you need a bit of

locking you need to add that little bit

against West Ham and then you have to

say it about it then you kind of saw

with City once they scored kind of

losing a little bit of fluidity up front

absolutely they had a little bit of

light to equalize against
