MY GYM ROUTINE 2022 || JANYTBABY 10: blink fitness, booty day, 12 3 30

Hey Besties

Here's a quick look at my gym routine 2022. This year i'll be headed to the gym lotssss so if you want any more gym routine content in 2022, i'm here for it. For refernce, this was a blink gym and I love going there. They have exactly what I need, nothing more nothing less. And I only pay $10 a month through my gympass account.

Here's the official routine:

1. 30 minutes on the treadmill

2. 15 minutes on either the stairmaster (level 7ish) or rower (idk are there levels on a rower??)

3. 12 reps, 3 sets of any machine i want to use; in this video is worked my inner thighs, legs overall, and the assisted pull up machine
