Biscuits & Creamy Italian Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

1 can Pillsbury Flakey Biscuits

Italian Sausage

2 tbsp + 1 tsp flour

1 tbsp unsalted butter

2 1/2 c half & half

1/8 tsp dried thyme

1/8 tsp dried red pepper flakes

1/8 tsp smoked paprika

1/8 tsp dried rosemary

salt

black pepper

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place biscuits and spread butter on top. Follow the directions and bake between 13-16 mins until golden brown. In a pan over medium heat brown Italian sausage. Add flour and unsalted butter. Stir until butter melts and flour completely cooks into the sausage. Add and stir in half & half. Then add dried thyme, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, dried rosemary, salt and black pepper. Continue to stir over medium heat until the gravy is thickens. Then once biscuits are done, split biscuit and add creamy gravy on top. Serve while hot. EAT AND ENJOY!
