Mountainside Fitness At-Home Workouts

A combination of at-home exercises you can do with little to no equipment all in the safety of your home.

The movements in order are:

Overhead Figure 8, Bicep curl

Tricep extension

Sit up to press

Russian twist press

Plank bag pull

Lunge in place woodchop

Squat to press

Deadlift

1 arm row, straight leg deadlift

“Kettlebell” swing

Plank roll bag pull Russian twist

Wall sit overhead chop

Static lunge shoulder flutter

Curtsey lunge with squat jump

TP Russian twist stack, plank pillow slams

Leg curl

Static lateral raise

Body seesaws,

Eccentric leg curl

Push up chest fly

Posture alignment upper back

Elevated lung to forward lunge

Water hip sit up pass

Agility cones with squats
