growing up i played a lot of sports
i thrived on competition and the
challenge of pushing myself to the
highest level of performance
but after graduating high school
i put those things aside to focus on the
future
a realistic future
but after five years of working in the
corporate world i wasn't happy i
realized that the best times of my life
were behind me
i missed the thrill of competition and
pushing myself and others to perform at
our best
so i enrolled in the master of science
of sport health science at life
university
now i'm learning how to train athletes
and teams to help them compete at the
highest level
at life we understand that the nerve
supply controls the muscles ligaments
and joints and we consider the athlete's
help as a whole to get them to their
peak performance
my clinical experience and on-field
training are preparing me to use my
degree in the field and to help others
succeed
this is the work i was born to do
empowering others to reach their full
potential
