Why I Sold My $100,000 Sports Car

I bought a 100 000 car and it didn't
make me happy back in 2020 I saw the new
C8 and I told myself I just had to get
it so I went out and I did it I felt
good being a young black man getting out
of a sports car that not a lot of people
had at the time however over time the
dopamine sort of wears off and you start
to realize this is just like any other
car yeah it looks nice yeah it drives
fast but also my lifestyle is really
simple I go to the gym I go to the store
not much else from there so that's when
I realized that instead of focus on
material possessions I'm better off
investing in experiences that actually
brought me joy that I can remember for a
long time and not only that I sold the
car and took that money and invested it
so that I have a better setup for the
future that's what I realized true
happiness is not necessarily buying a
super fast sports car or whatever other
Matilda object it may be
