news article and another lawsuit well

their second lawsuit in fact

yes set tv we all know set tv but if you

don't i covered a video on this a few

months back about a 90 million lawsuit

that was handed against them and i don't

know if they ignored it but they got

greedy and set up a new service called

expedite tv

which dish found out about and dished

them out another lawsuit except this

one's gone from 90 million to 130

million dollars there it is former

operators of pirate iptv service set tv

were previously ordered to pay 90

million in damages after losing a dish

network piracy lawsuit a second lawsuit

ensued when dish discovered that the men

had violated an injunction by launching

a new pirate platform called expedite tv

that lawsuit has now concluded with a

second injunction attached to 130

million dollar damages award

why

so the article goes on to say after

suing the operators of pirate iptv

service set tv in 2018 the very same

year broadcaster dish network walked

away with a significant victory platform

operators nelson johnson and jason

labossary

were ordered to pay dish a call

90 million in damages and of course that

was for violations against the federal

communications act the court also issued

a permanent injunction that prohibited

the men from operating a similar iptv

service in the future and of course that

was throughout the window when they

wanted a bit more of the wonga so anyway

march 22 dish sling tv and niagara star

teamed up in a new lawsuit targeting the

former set tv owners and filed in a

florida court the complaint alleged that

the three men were back in the iptv

business but this time were under the

brand expedite tv mundo tv and must tv

services took off and really did get a

huge amount of customers is because

these types of services are popular on

is the defendants back in april their

response to the new lawsuit um accused

dish of bullying them claiming that the

company will stop at nothing to ensure

that it keeps receiving settlements from

the alleged pirates

any dish content was rebroadcasted in a

breach of the company's rights that

wasn't down to him simple case of past

being anyone involved with iptv
