video so this video is going to be like

in a way trip vlog we're headed out to

memphis tennessee to play memphis 901

fc uh it's are gonna be our first time

playing them this season and it's

actually

my first time out in memphis uh levi

but today we have a training session at

tied in our facilities and then uh we're

going straight from there

out to memphis on bus playing the game

tomorrow and they're busting all the way

back so yeah guys welcome to the video

just finished dinner it is 8 40 at night

mimi and her mom are actually in memphis

right now

maybe his mom flew into tulsa and then

they drove out here

to memphis today as well uh just because

they got some family here

in memphis so they're kind of hanging

out enjoying the city and coincidentally

they're in the same hotel as us so i

might see them hang out with them a

little bit tonight

but it's pretty low-key going to watch a

little

movie watch something on on netflix hang

out maybe read

and uh yeah prepare for it uh for

tomorrow lights out probably at like 10

i'm with old man libo so we're gonna go

to bed

early hopefully

so it's game day typical game day we had

our team breakfast in the morning around

like nine

o'clock 9 30 in the morning and then we

went on our team walk

after that we just been kind of hanging

out talking having fun now it's kind of

like down time back in the hotel room

we're watching some olympics i'll just

be on my phone for a few hours

then we have our team meeting team lunch

come back take a nap

and then we get ready for uh for the

game then after the game it's just

straight back into tulsa so pretty quick

trip out here in memphis but we walk out

a walk around a little bit of downtown

memphis it's really cool it's all like

the uh

you know it's like the birthplace of

rock and roll and stuff so

our birthplace of blues i'm not 100 sure

but it's cool there's a whole bunch of

music stuff going on outside

but it's hot it's like 90 95 degrees

today

i had the team meeting team lunch now

it's uh

nap time nap shower and we're heading

out to the stadium the stadium's

literally just across the street so we

don't have to leave here until like 5

40. but

we do need to pack completely up because

right after the game

we're taking the bus all the way back to

tulsa and it's

about a seven hour bus ride so got to

prepare for that

it's 5 30 we're about ready to head down

and go to the stadium

for the game level can i ask you a

question yeah

what uh what's your pregame routine i

woke up from a nap and you're down here

doing a little workout do you have

something that you do yeah well the

older you get you gotta you know just

keep um make sure that the

the heaps are loose instead of doing

some ab work too

yeah just trying to strengthen up the

cold

wake up the core and stuff you know

that's what i did but that's what i do

feet up legs up uh 10 to 20 minutes

stretch you know just just make sure

that you look good yeah listen to music

sleep i'm literally just gonna hop

straight in bed and try to sleep in for

as long as i can and just

re-catch up on sleep as best i can but

we're leaving out here in two days we

leave

for atlanta because we play atlanta

united two on wednesday so

very quick turnaround um the game

not much to say about it is frustrating

i mean that we built up well

i mean they had i thought we had better

opportunities to score we hit the post

we had the goalkeeper made a couple

pretty big saves there was a goal line

clearance i really thought that

we should have won but uh

but that's uh that's football you know

so hopefully we can uh get three points

in atlanta we need it

we definitely need it so i want to go to
