it dry

take a piece of foam paper with a hole

in it and hot glue it in we will use

that as a white pack make small wipes

out of a paper towel

and put them inside the bag

cover the bag with mint paint

use double-sided tape to make a wave

put white paint on a sponge and apply it

to the wave

after you remove the tape decorate with

blue glitter

and use a lighter shade on the edges

add some acrylic paint and voila now we

only need a handle

and attach the shells to the sides our

baby bag is ready now me and my baby

join two identical pieces with hot glue
