FIRST LOOK Concept Art For ALIEN TV SERIES Reveals Weyland-Yutani & The Xenomorph!

all right welcome ladies and gents i am

like two days late on this sorry got

overwhelmed with rings of power and

other bits and pieces

but we've got our first concept up from

the fx alien

tv series this is an exclusive to

friends of the channel avp galaxy

dotnet

good good guys really good guys and some

of this is quite interesting actually

does give us a bit of a sneak peek

as to the world and and how things are

kind of

laid out

as it were because we know that we're

getting weddings italian prodigy or

we knew we were getting the prodigy

corporation not necessarily waiting to

tiny turns out we are getting wayland

yutani

by proxy i guess to a certain degree or

prodigy's getting the alien by proxy

because of wellington that's all over

the place there's some interesting stuff

that ladies and gents so we take a look

at it together i'll leave the article

link down below

this is the first concept art from the

fx alien series

so we're going to read out what they say

um

first first for us it's beautiful

artwork really is

so the upcoming alien series by fx is

planning to begin production sometime

next year

the series has had a lengthy development

with effect studio weta

signed on to handle the alien effects

which we exclusively revealed earlier

this year

during development there's always a slew

of concepts out created for shows and

films of this nature to help flesh out

the world created in the script

we're highly anticipating the first

foray of alien into a series but it may

be a little while yet before we see

anything so we thought we'd give you an

early sneak peek

so potential spoilers maybe anyway

but avp galaxy is able to bring you

the biggest exclusive of their days

anyway the first concept art from the

series and i will say just as an fyi

this isn't the biggest exclusive that

they've got

and what i mean by that this is the

biggest exclusive they've actually

released

you know and talking to these guys the

exclusives that we've both had

and whether we've chosen to release them

at a certain point in time or not

this is not the biggest they have had

much bigger scoops than this just as an

fyi um i think anyway but these three

pieces of concept art depicted

uh planned scenes which will take place

during the earlier part of the season

and they allude to significant plot

elements

so if you don't want any spoilers don't

season you can see it anyway right

so

this is a spaceship

crash landed

um

in

like a part of town controlled by

prodigy corporation

there's a weyland yutani vessel

as of obviously you can tell you can see

it there right

literally right there well in

yutani um

i like the design from what we can see

it's

i mean it's pretty banged up but i like

the big jet engines the propulsion

system haven't really seen that on

sort of the alien world to be fair or in

the alien world should i say now perhaps

interesting

to some of this stuff is the little

little man

down there

uh and little man over there uh so

this is and they've got it all written

down by the way as well

so this is the weyland yutani spaceship

the uscss

maginot

which is

spelt

m-a-g-i-n-o-t

so imagine no maybe

i can't imagine they're hard

like maggie not i can't imagine it's

that

now that is crashed right in the middle

of a city

cutting into the underground levels the

city itself is controlled by the prodigy

corporation a rival

of weyland yutani

so you start to get some sort of sense

of what's happening here

you know

start to get some idea of

how prodigy might get some eggs

you know

i think anyway now this is obviously

showing

this looks like colonial

colonial marines but potentially not

anyway

uh and uh obviously deep underground

whaling jutani's there

you know the um

uh on this

part of the canister just down the

bottom here well ninja tiny logo eggs

eggs

uh another

wedding giutani logo over to the side

here

on this

box here

so it looks like what happens is the

ship crash lands

in prodigy corporation city whatever you

want to call it

actually they're shooting in thailand

for this

uh and as part of all of that is there's

aliens right there's alien eggs they're

like oh what's going on with this

technology huh hmm

interesting stuff

and it could be

you know it could be that um because one

of the main

sort of premises to this story is that

you've got prodigy corporation

essentially creating literal prodigies

so they're trying to blend consciousness

with

um technology and make

you know synthetics which can you

basically upload your consciousness to

and live on even if your body's dead

um

so you know i always wondered how that

would tie into the alien stuff and i

guess this is it you know that's kind of

that's happening and then wayland yutani

just sort of shits the bed and

accidentally drops the alien in prodigy

corporations lap maybe

it's kind of what i'm getting to grips

with here

and then we have this

so

this is

i look i mean

this is a tunnel

i think

now the reason why i say it's a tunnel i

think is because there's clearly a line

uh which could have this guy abseiling

down it right because we don't we don't

have the perspective here there's a few

things to take a look at so

there's the lights in the corner there's

a light there

but we don't have the perspective so we

don't fully know which

angle we're looking at which way is up

we don't know which way is down

because there's a

because of how the alien is stood it

makes it look

kind of like this a tunnel

but it might not be this might literally

just be a shaft

and

this aliens jumped out

cut this guy's

cord you know abso absolutely called

and uh is wrecking house

but there's all very interesting stuff

right like you you get a grips of the

image uh you know of how this plot's

gonna pan out

now they say obviously

um

the next piece depicts two soldiers

we've covered that one already with an

industrial looking room they're

approaching xenomorph eggs and

containers hiding within a cover of mist

and then

an adult xenomorph satching someone in a

vertical shaft so they think it's a

vertical shaft i mean it could be

but the perspective of that is kind of

off because he's just kind of jumped out

maybe

interesting nonetheless like look at

this stuff i think of you know the story

is pretty clear

to me how this is going to go but i'll

hand it on over to you what do you think
