Steamed Tofu with Minced Chicken Recipe | Restaurant Style Steamed Tofu | Quick & Easy Tofu Recipe

Today i have prepared a simple, healthy and tasty recipe "Steamed tofu with minced chicken". Its so easy to prepare and tasted as good as the restaurant. The tofu itself was so silky soft and together with the minced chicken with the soy sauce and other ingredients made this dish tasted so good and satisfying.

Ingredients:

1pckt Soft Tofu

1/2 Chicken Breast (Minced)

3 Cloves of Garlic

1tsp Dried Shrimp

2tbsp cooking Oil

1tbsp Oyster Sauce

3tbsp Light Soy Sauce

1tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

1tsp Sesame Oil

1tsp Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup of Water

Method:

Get ready with a pan, add the cooking oil and once its hot add the garlic and dried shrimp. Fry them well, next add the chicken and mix it well till it cooks.

Then lets add all 3 sauce as mentioned in the ingredients together with 1/4 cup of water. Mix it well and let it come to a boil and then add the sesame oil together with the brown sugar. Mix it well and our minced chicken is ready.

Next remove the tofu from the packet and place it on a plate and steam for 8mins. Once done pour off the excess water on the plate.

Then finally add the minced chicken with the sauce onto the tofu and garnish it with spring onions, chili and fried onions. Its ready to serve
