DISCLAIMER: the POW gave his clear consent for filming and publishing this footage. POWs are protected by the Geneva Convention and treated accordingly in ukraine.

Dmitry Suzdalyev is a resident of Orenburg, Russia. He had some financial problems and saw an advert on Russian television where they promised him a lot of money for fighting in the war against ukraine. For almost half a year he was stationed in ukraine and was taken captive during a hard fight. We still don't know if he committed any war crimes while illegally stationed on the Ukrainian territory but on the video, Dmitry appeals to the citizens of Russia – not to come to ukraine. As he had not seen the promised money and after his contract was over, the Russians did not let him come back to Russia.
