Money confiscated by US from Russian oligarch may be donated to Ukraine

The United States government announced that it will donate to Ukraine the money that will be confiscated from Russian businessman Konstantin Malofeev.
The confiscated money amounting to US$5.4 million may be used to rebuild the war-stricken country.
