In this video I show you how to make 3 different ground beef recipes perfect for the carnivore diet.
If you try any of these out, please DM me a picture on Instagram, I'd love to repost it!
1) Add the ground beef and seasonings to a mixing bowl. Mix by hand until all of the seasoning is incorporated.
2) Make 1.5-2 oz meatballs by hand and roll out into a hot dog shape.
3) Lay down a strip of bacon onto a foil lined baking sheet and roll the dog in it. May need 2 strips of bacon.
4) Place this into an oven that's set to 425°F for 18-20 minutes or until your bacon is cooked.
1) Place the ground beef into a bowl along with all of the seasonings. Mix by hand until everything is incorporated.
2) Make flat and oblong shapes with 1 oz of the meat and lay on a foil lined baking sheet.
3) Add the half and half to a bowl and the pork rinds to a plate. Dip the beef nuggets into the half and half first and coat with the pork rinds. Place these back onto the tray.
4) Place the tray into an oven that's set to 350°F for 14-16 minutes or until they're crispy.
1) Give the andouille a fine chop. Mix in the ground beef and salt. This is a little difficult to do so just mix until it stays together.
3) Place an oven safe pan over medium high heat and lay down the meatballs. Let sear for about 4 minutes or until a nice crust has formed. Flip.
4) Once the meatballs are flipped, place into an oven set to 350°F for 10 minutes or they read an internal temp of 150°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
