Wash and dry the okra (bhindi). Cut bhindi into thin slices.
Heat some oil. Add bhindi and turmeric powder. Fry for 7-10 minutes. Carefully take Bhindi out of the wok.
Add ground beef and onion to the same wok. Fry until beef changes its color.
Add salt, Kashmiri lal mirch, and red chili powder. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic-ginger paste and fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Add coriander powder and cumin seed powder. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and a little bit of water. Cover and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add fried bhindi. Fry for 5 minutes.
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium-low heat.
Add garam masala and fresh cilantro. Cover and cook for a few minutes on low heat.
