Season with your favorite seasoning(this also work’s amazing with taco seasoning)!
Now throw into a lightly oiled pan, sear both sides of the chicken for about 3-4 min a side.
Once you see bubbles turn down the heat to a simmer and throw on a lid.
After about 15 minutes give your chicken a flip and back on simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Now enjoy some juicy shredded chicken! Throw in tacos, salads, wraps or over rice!
