A signature dish of Sichuan cuisine - Yuxiang Shredded Pork, with garlic sauce delivers a sophisticated and addictive taste: tangy, spicy, sweet and sour. I remember a dish I had to order in the restaurant when I was a child. Now I can cook it at home, which is definitely more delicious than the restaurant.

川菜的灵魂鱼香肉丝 从小吃到大 , 记得小时候在饭馆里必点的菜, 现在经常在家里做,鱼香味十足 绝对比餐馆里的好吃:)

食材 / Ingredients:

鸡胸肉 130g / Chicken Breast

胡萝卜 20g / Carrot

冬笋 20g / Winter Bamboo Shoots

木耳 10g / Black Fungus

葱 10g / Green Onion

姜 15g / Ginger

蒜 20g / Garlic

四川郫县豆瓣酱 20g / Sichuan bean paste

泡辣椒 15g /Pickled Chili Pepper

腌制肉丝 / Marinate Shredded meat :

- 盐 2g / Salt

- 白胡椒 3g / White Pepper Powder

- 料酒 10g / Cooking Wine

- 蛋清 1 个 / Egg white

- 玉米淀粉 5g / Corn Starch

- 食用油 10g / Vegetable Oil

鱼香汁 / Yuxiang Sauce

- 糖 25g / Sugar

- 香醋 25g / Vinegar

- 料酒 10g / Cooking Wine

- 生抽 5g / Light Soy Sauce

- 玉米淀粉 5g / Corn Starch

- 水 30克 / Water
