A signature dish of Sichuan cuisine - Yuxiang Shredded Pork, with garlic sauce delivers a sophisticated and addictive taste: tangy, spicy, sweet and sour. I remember a dish I had to order in the restaurant when I was a child. Now I can cook it at home, which is definitely more delicious than the restaurant.
