There are several films in contention for being the greatest football movie of all time, but there's no doubt that The Program is one of the front runners in that category. The film, released in 1993, follows a fictional NCAA Division 1A (now FBS) team, the Eastern State University, through thick and thin and deals with all kinds of issues from college life to corruption, steroids and the pressure of winning.

The film features many well known actors, including James Caan, Omar Epps, Halle Berry, Craig Sheffer and Joey Lauren Adams. Andrew Bryniarski's character Steve lattimer deserves special mention though, as it certainly is one of the most iconic football characters of all time! Bo Schembechler and Lynn Swann can also be seen in cameo roles as TV commentators.

Here is the movie in it's entirety: Enjoy!
