illegally streaming premier league

football matches and this is the first

guys okay

we here with people jailed for selling

um mainly fine though guys we rarely

hear of many getting much jail time a

everything like that but this guy paul

faulkner his name is

he got done for not just selling so he

was selling guys

but he also got done for watching and

that's what

brought this article to my attention

more than anything because normally i'll

see one okay iptv seller

find jail there's so many of them now

that happens a lot happens regular and

as we would always

say is do not sell iptv guys it's

taking a big risk for a lot of money a

lot of fines don't do it

so what have we got here then faulkner

operated internet protocol television

iptv um service called tv solutions

i would say not one i've massively heard

of a subscription pirate streaming

service that offered illegal streams to

sports and entertainment programming

including live premier league matches he

pleaded guilt

guilty to both unlawfully supplying and

watching these matches guys okay

so let's be honest would he have been

caught for the watching them

if he wasn't caught for the supplying

them probably not

guys so what he's received was 16 months

in jail for the crimes

doesn't say anything about a fine that i

can see but normally

he would have got a huge fine and that

was it

so he sold his service on media

platforms so twitter facebook

which obviously makes it very easy to

find you very obvious if you're going to

sell it

some people sell on youtube stuff like

that stupid guys okay

very very stupid probably the director

of legal services kevin plum said he

hoped the sentence would deter football

fans from illegally streaming matches

made it clear this case was

sophisticated ford carried out over a

significant

period of time he said the sentencing

demonstrates yet again the courts take

privacy crimes

very much so what he actually got here

he got 12 months

for selling premier league football guys

and iptv

and then he received four months prison

sentence for simply watching the

unauthorized service

if it were needed this should dispel any

misconception that watching pirate

streaming services is a gray area or is

not an offence in any way

so they're trying to make it very clear

to you guys that there is no gray area

and gray area disappeared a long time

ago

and the watching of it still classed as

technically downloading because you have

to download your

file before you watch it that would be a

buffer section even if it's only a

temporary download

so even the premier league tweeted a uk

man has been jailed for 16 months for

illegally supplying and viewing pirate

streaming services

that offered unauthorized access to

sports entertainment broadcast content
