American Reacts to Ronaldinho - Football's Greatest Entertainment

just released earlier i adopted scarlet

today so

all right so i've done a video on

cristiano ronaldo i've done a video on

messi

and the next most requested video on a

player

is i'm assuming you say his name

ronaldinho

or something like that i don't think

i've ever heard his name actually said

out loud so i might be

saying that wrong but hopefully i will

learn that in short order here now the

video we're going to be watching today

is called

ronaldinho the football's greatest

entertainment

it has a ton of views i've had a lot of

you request it

i know there are multiple videos i could

be watching on all of these players so

i'm just going to start with one

doesn't mean it's going to be the only

one that i watch on him but

i'm going to do this one first now i

don't know why he's called football's

greatest entertainment

i don't know maybe he's just fun to

watch you know i feel like cristiano was

fun to watch

messi is fun to watch in in like their

own ways

so i don't know if this guy is going to

be fun to watch because he's just like

so

good or if you know he just does some

really flashy things

on the field maybe both i don't know but

we'll see how he compares to

cristiano and messi and i really don't

like comparing all of these guys because

i feel like

you know there's a lot of arguing in the

comments about who's the best and all

that stuff and i feel like both messi

and cristiano can be the best

in their own ways because they're very

different players and i'm going to

assume the same for this guy as well

although i don't really know how he's

regarded as

you know necessarily the best if he is

regarded as the best or whatever

so anyway i guess we'll just get into it

because i don't know actually you know

what what i'm gonna do before we get

into it is i'm just gonna

you know look up first of all let me see

how do you pronounce his

portuguese ronaldinho ronaldinho

portuguese ronaldinho ronaldinho so i

was

i was i kind of had it right but i was

um putting the wrong emphasis on it i

was saying ronaldo gnome

and it's okay is he portuguese

then he's always brazilian but okay they

speak portuguese and brazil so

uh footballer current ambassador for

barcelona

okay so he's brazilian and he plays for

barcelona so uh just kind of like

messi's argentina

and plays for barcelona as well so okay

so he did

he's played with messi then on the same

team

yeah i guess maybe no wonder barcelona

is so good right

i'm assuming they're good like they're

one of the top you know teams right he's

also 41 so he's older

okay he's six feet tall so pretty

average height number 21

and he he plays a midfielder so he's not

a striker i guess so he may not be as

offensive

maybe as messi i don't know i'm still

learning the positions but you guys tell

me that the midfielders are the ones

that do

like most of the running and most of the

work i guess because they have to cover

the most ground

i suppose okay so we're gonna do this

and

if there's any like weird diversion from

the original video in here

i just know that a lot of these football

videos that i'm doing i'm having trouble

keeping them from being blocked

sometimes because they just have

like a lot of historic footage that uefa

or

fifa or whatever it likes to block so if

if it looks a little different from the

original video just know or sounds a

little different it's because i've had

to do something in editing

so that i could upload this i also

realized that i watched the original

video as the original video so i'm not

seeing like a different version of it or

whatever anyway let's let's go ahead and

cristiano but he seems like he's having

more fun doing it

like he's just clowning like he's

clowning around and just having fun with

i don't just see more serious

how do you okay i want to like learn how

to do that

that looks really hard to do well all of

this looks hard to do i mean

i mean he just makes it look so easy

getting it around those people

obviously i know it's not

it seems like uh he got a lot better

when his hair got longer

yeah he just seems like one of those

guys that likes to have fun

you know what would be interesting to me

is like learning how you're supposed to

defend against this

it's obviously hard to do

man every time they run out of bounds it

just freaks it still it still gets me

like i know they can do it

even though i see the ball going over

the line a little bit i've had a lot of

you guys tell me

in the goalie video that i did or

goalkeeper whatever you guys want to

call it um

that the ball has to go over the line

completely to be out

or to be a goal

which is different and it's still just

like every time i see it in this

i'm just i keep thinking it's out

what are they why is there a bunch of

like stuff all over the field

so he's a midfielder is his

job is less a score and more to like i

know he's scoring a little bit

but it seems like he's mostly just

dribbling and passing

is that mostly what midfielders do

and how potent

how potent is he with messi on the same

team

well he's wearing number 10 i thought

messi was number 10.

did they play the same time maybe they

didn't play at the same time

oh little dance moves there

before he scores the goal

wow that

goalie just i mean that goalie really

dived there

a little punch in

okay so that looked to me like when the

goalie is a little bit further out from

the goal

the kind of kick you want to do is that

where it just kind of sails over i don't

know if you guys have a

name for that type of kick or not but

where it just kind of does a little nice

little lob over the goalie

uh to where it's out of range for them

so you would maybe do that type of kick

if the goalie was a little bit further

out from the goal

it seems like that's that's what just

happened there to me also

if i am not reacting as much to this

i think it's because the cristiano

ronaldo video

spoiled a little bit of this for me

because i've seen these moves now

uh from cristiano so these aren't

it's not as like awing

as it was the very first time i saw it

with cristiano so that's

one of the reasons here but what i am

liking about him

is that he i just like his

his like vibe and his attitude i really

love players

that love or just look like they're

having fun out there you know and that's

that's kind of what he comes across as

to me and i think

some of you guys have said that in the

comments about him too like he's just

he's just like a fun player to watch or

whatever

and that's kind of what separates him

from uh ronaldo because ronaldo was

uh just seemed like all business and

very serious you know and this guy

seems like the opposite of that but he's

still like being very effective just

like ronaldo was

it's like the goalie should have had

that one i don't know

like that slow off the back

i mean it'd be so easy to lose control

of the ball in that situation

it's amazing that they can keep control

of it

that is just so hard i feel like back in

the day

when i was a kid and i was like had to

play soccer

for pe or whatever i would try to do

like some moves like that and i ended up

falling flat on my butt because my foot

would like get stuck on the ball or

something and i lose my balance

so yeah i can't even begin to do

some of these easiest some of these

easier moves

see it's the same type of stuff that

cristiano does

it's just not as like sharp and quick

i want to learn how to kick it where it

curves like that i feel like i could do

that

okay well that was really interesting

actually i it wasn't exactly what i was

expecting

he is i feel like a

slightly i don't know how to say it

slower

more relaxed version of cristiano

ronaldo maybe

and i just mean by like the moves he was

doing because it looks like

he was doing pretty much the same thing

that ronaldo was doing they have very

similar playing styles

it's just he's got like way more of a

relaxed uh

vibe to him than cristiano does and i

think just like

more of like a happy-go-lucky he looks

like he's just out there having fun with

it which i like

you know i like that cristiano was was

fun to watch but he also was just like

that

very serious type demeanor and like i

prefer

um people like this who have a little

bit more of a

fun type demeanor to them but they're

still like really good you know but yeah

i really didn't see like i was looking

to see

for a little bit um if messi was on the

field with him or the pitch

with him at all during that and because

i would imagine like if these are two of

the greatest players of all time

they're on the same team that you know

that might be why barcelona

has been so good or whatever like i

don't know i i'm just

i'm making very ignorant assumptions

right now because i don't know anything

about it but

but again like i thought messi was

number 10 and he was wearing number 10

so that's i i feel like that can't

happen

you know on the same team so i don't

know i don't really don't know what the

situation is

now again i feel like this video is

again it's just like a very quick

highlight video and i'm sure that

there's a lot of

skills that he has that they didn't show

in this at all so again like this is not

gonna be the only video on him that i

watch

just like i'm gonna be watching more on

messi and cristiano and all of the other

like big players that you guys

um say are have been so good throughout

history or whether they're current

players or whatever

i am going to get more and more familiar

with them

so if there's another specific video on

him that you think i should watch that

would be better

or just like give me a little bit more

information let me see a different

aspect of his game
