like that

are a good source of carbohydrate and

also you need adequate protein in your

diet so things like meats

lean meats fish dairy products

things like yogurts and nuts as well are

is like as a recovery drink

rather than spend fortunes on

supplements get yourself a good

chocolate milkshake and that'll

give you some good carbohydrate and

protein to refuel after your session
