here is an excellent drill to improve

all you're gonna need is access to a
full regulation pitch
here's how it works a football pitch has
four sides
two by lines by the goals
and two sidelines on the side of the
pitch
you're going to be doing four sets
for a separation between 10 to 20
minutes depending on your fitness level
there's gonna be no rest in between your
rest is your jog
so here's how it works
the first set you're gonna sprint one
side and then jog the next three sides
the second set you're gonna sprint two
sides
and then jog the next two sides the
third set you're gonna sprint three
sides jog one side fourth set you're
gonna sprint all four sides and then you
repeat
