what's up everybody welcome back to

another video on juice and toys welcome

back today we're taking you guys through

a 20-minute cardio hit workout with no

equipment completely body weight no

equipment at all all right so for the

workout format we're going to take you

through a total of 20 different

exercises no repeat all right we're

going 50 seconds of work and then we'll

give you a 10 second break in between

each exercise so we're going to split

this up into groups of 10 so we'll go

all the way through 10 exercises we'll

give you a 60 second long break and then

we'll finish up with that last 10

exercises okay so go as hard as you can

for each and every exercise so if you

need modifications you can follow me for

those all right and again this is full

body so we'll take you through a nice

warm up to get ready to get to work and

we'll get right into it

do we need to say anything not at all

hopefully you got in a great sweat like

exercises were too difficult follow that

modification as long as you need to

you'll build endurance over time to

where you can do some of the more

advanced movements so keep working at it
