another very common scenario we're

seeing more and more especially with

remote work is troubleshooting vpn

connectivity issues

in many cases we have workforces for an

individual organization or a team

numbering in the hundreds or sometimes

even the thousands who all need to have

reliable vpn access monday through

friday

so let's look at our vpn access section

here before i do that i'm going to head

over into our rsa security console

aung actually has a new integration into

rsa

it's actually available right now on our

github community repository and i want

to show you that my individual rsa user

for myvpn is currently locked

so there's a various number of reasons

why this could happen but what we're

going to do

is

request that my account be unlocked and

the workflow behind this is actually

going to intelligently

query rsa to figure out what sort of

reasons could be contributing to my

connectivity issue

it lets us know right off the bat the

account was locked and the chatbot has

gone ahead and unlocked it for us and

then it's prompting us has the vpn

connectivity issue been resolved so

before i answer let me head back over

here i'm just going to refresh this page

and we can actually see well my user is

no longer locked

well let's say there's a an additional

issue that's contributing to these

connectivity issues let's say something

with my security token

so for this example i'm just going to

say no

but it's going to do now is actually

refresh my security token so i headed

back over to the rsa console

the security token id that was present

for my user is right here ending in 593.

if i refresh we can see that i was given

a brand new token 594.

so at this point why don't we give the

teams chat bot a break here let's tell

it yes thank you so much you resolved my

connectivity issues wonderful

so as always with our platform we're

going to record everything not only are

we remediating but we're also making

sure we're doing fantastic record

keeping so a ticket was created in

service now

all right i'm going to tell it we have

no more tasks we'd like to handle
