now how do you add your own cards

so to add your own cards we are going to

do four steps the first step is to login

to the admin area of our website

so to log into the admin area all you

have to do is just go back to maker WP

and then click admin

and as you can see we are now logged

into WordPress this is the place where

you can control your entire website

OK once you've logged in next let's go

to step 2 which is to purchase the car

rental theme

now in make your WP you will get the car

Intel theme which has the entire website

setup and the hosting now to book a car

on our site and to make this site work

properly we need to get the theme

license separately only then you'll be

able to list your own cars and help your

customers book a car from your site at a

particular date and time so to purchase

and click go to checkout

now it will ask you to create an account

so let's fill up these details

and click create account

here enter the billing details

now click save and continue

select your payment method

so let's enter the card details

and click pay

we have now successfully made the

payment and purchased the theme once you

have purchased the theme now you need to

activate the theme owner site

so let's go back to our dashboard and

here click Motors

and then click activate

now it will take you to this page click

login

and click approve

now here the license key will be

generated automatically

let's click activate

as you can see our car rental theme has

been activated

once you have activated the theme next

let's go to step 3 which is to delete

the sample cards

so to delete it go to products

now here you can see all the sample cars

and features which we have on our site

so to delete it just click here to

select all

and then click here and select move to

trash

now if you click apply

you can see that we have now deleted all

the sample cards

now if you go back to your site

you can see that we have these sample

cards

now click refresh

you can see that all the sample cards

have been deleted which means you can

now add your cards

once you have deleted all the sample

cards next let's go to the final step

which is to add your own cards so to add

your own cards let's go back to our

WordPress dashboard and click add new

now to add your cards all you have to do

is just enter the car name here

I am going to enter maruti Suzuki Swift

now scroll down

and here enter the stock quantity of the

car I am going to enter 2.

and then select what type of gear does

your car have I am going to select

automatic

now select the fuel type I am going to

select petrol

and here enter the number of seats and

the mileage of the car

then enter the price and description of

the car

now in the same way you can add the

other details you want once you have

entered all the details next let's see

how you can add the car image this is

the main image which will appear on your

site like this

so to add the image just click set

product image

now drag and drop an image from your

computer

as you can see the image has been added

now here by default the product category

will be created let's select it

once you have done

click publish

now if you go back to our site

and click refresh

you can see that we have got the car we

just added and now if you click here

you can see all the details which we

have entered

so we have now successfully added the

car to our site now in the same way you

can add multiple cars you want okay next

let's see how a customer can book a car

from your site so to check that just

like a customer would do let's go to our

site

now here they need to select the pickup

office address so just click here you

can see that we don't have any option to

select the pickup office address

okay now let's say you have many

branches for your business in different

locations and you want to add all the

office address on your site how can you

do that so next let's see how you can

add your office address to do that let's

go back to our WordPress dashboard

then go to offices

and click all offices

and then click add new

here enter the place where your office

is located

and enter your office address here

now here you need to enter the latitude

and longitude of your location

to get that let's open Google Maps here

enter your office address

and press enter

as you can see the office address has

been located on the Google Maps now just

right click here

you can see that we have got the

latitude and longitude just click on it

to copy

and it will be copied now let's open the

notepad and then paste it here

now this is the latitude and this is the

longitude

now let's go back to our site

so let's just paste it here

once you are done enter the phone number

and working hours

and click publish

OK in the same way you can add all the

other office addresses next we need to

assign the cars to the office address we

created so that when a customer books a

car they will be able to see which cars

are available for that particular office

address to do that let's go to products

and click all products

here you can see the car which we added

on our site now to add the car to our

office address click edit

and scroll down

here you can see the place where your

office is located so let's select it

and the office address will be added

once you have done click update

now let's go back to our site and click

refresh

now if you click here

you can see that the office address has

been added okay now let's continue to

book a car select the office location

next select the date and time to book

your car so that your customer can pick

the car on the date and time they

selected

then select the return date and time of

the car

now if you click find

here you can see all the cars data

available on the date you selected

select the car you want and click pay

now

scroll down

and click continue

now here fill up these details

once you have entered these details here

you can see that we have no payment

option

so in order to allow your customers to

pay for your service you need to set up

a payment method so next let's see how

you can add a payment method to your

site now we are going to use strike

which is a popular payment method so to

add stripe payment to your website you

need to create an account on stripe so

once you create an account you will be

able to receive payments directly to

your bank account when someone books a

card so to create your stripe account

let's go to Wordpress dashboard

and click WP payments

and then click connect

and it will take you to stripe.com now

to create an account on Skype enter your

email ID

and click continue

now enter your password

then click continue

and your account will be created

now in order to receive payments from

this account you need to enter these

details

so just click here

and select your business type I am going

to select individual

then click continue

now here enter your details

and click continue

then you need to enter your business

details first select your industry type

as my business is based on car Intel

website I am going to search for car

rental as you can see we have got the

option let's select it

now to receive payments through my

website I am going to select this option

now here you can enter the website link

let's go back to our site

now copy this link

and paste it here

then enter a description about your

product once you are done click continue

and here enter your bank details where

you want to receive your payments

so now when someone books a car on your

site and makes a payment that money will

be sent to this bank account

once you have entered these details

click continue

now here you can see a preview of all

the details you have entered have a look

at these details and click submit

now here click save

now go here and click on payments

and it will take you to this page

now here enable the payment options you

want on your website I am going to

enable these

and click save

and as soon as you click save your

stripe account will be connected with

your website so this means a payment

setup is now complete so now we have

successfully added our payment method to

check that now if you go back to our

site

and click refresh

then if you scroll down

you can see that the payment method has

been added okay now let's continue to

book a car so enter your card details

then click here

and now if they click place order

their order will be placed on our site

once the customer placed the order

now if they open their inbox

you can see that they have received a

mail now if you open it

you can see we have all the details

about the order

okay so this is how your customer can

book a car on your website now once the

customer books a car on your site how do

you know that you have received an order

as soon as your customer books a car on

your site if you go to your inbox

you can see that we have received an

email now if you open it

here you can see the details of the

booking Now using these details you can

directly contact your customer

you can also view the order details on

the admin dashboard to check that let's

go back to Wordpress dashboard then go

to woocommerce and click orders

now if you click here

you can see all the details about the

booking

so now you can go ahead and confirm the

booking using the order details

okay now let's say you want to add extra

feature to your car like navigation

system child c seat belt remainders Etc

how can we do that to do that let's go

to products

then click add new

now here enter the feature name you are

going to add as I am going to add child

seat

so let's enter that

now scroll down

then click here

and select car Option

then enter its price and description

now to add the image of the feature

click set product image

and then drag and drop the image you

want

as you can see the image has been added

once you have done click publish

now let's go back to our site and click

refresh

now if you click pay now

you can see that the feature has been

added in the same way you can add all

the other features you want on your car

and if the customer wants to add these

features to their booking they can just

click add

and it will be added along with their

price

okay now in the same way you can add

other features to your car next let's

see how you can update the stock

availability of your car so that when

someone books a car the other customers

won't be able to book their car on the

same date and time to do that let's go

back to our WordPress dashboard then go

to products

now click edit

scroll down

and here enter the stock quantity

then click update

now if there are no stocks and if

someone books on the same time they will

not be able to book the car

so to check that let's try to book a car

on our site

so let's go back to our site

now click here

and select the office

and if we select the same date which we

selected before

then click find a vehicle

as you can see that it says car is being

already booked which means another

customer won't be able to book a car on

the same date and time okay now if you

go to this page

you can see that we have the Pana option

now instead of this what if you want a

pay later option so that your customer

will be able to make payment after the

arrival of the car so next let's see how

you can add a pay later option to do

that first we need to enable the cash on

delivery option on our site so to enable

it let's go back to Wordpress dashboard

then go to woocommerce

and click settings

then click payments

now here you can see that we have the

cash on delivery option so just enable

it

and click save

once you've enabled it

next we need to enable pay later option

to all the cards we added earlier to do

that let's go to products

now here you can see all the products we

added click edit

scroll down

click here

and select variable product

then go to attributes

now click here

and select payment methods and then

click add

now to add the pay later option click

select all

and click here

and then click save

next you need to set the price for pay

now and pay later option

so click variations

and click here

and then select this

now click go

then click ok

now to set the price for pay later click

here

now here enter the price of the car for

each day

and click here

and select pay later

and then enter the description

now select the payment method I am going

to select cash on delivery

okay now in the same way you can set the

price and payment method for the painter

option

once you have done

click save

then click update

now if you go back to our site

and click refresh

you can see that pay later option has

been added

now if your customer clicks pay later

and clicks continue

and if they scroll down you can see that

we have got the cash on delivery option

so this is how you can set the pay later

option to your website

next let's see how you can edit the

contents of your website

so to edit any page of your site just

click WP Bakery page builder

and now you'll get this editing section

now let's say you want to change this

image to change the image all you have

to do is just go here

and then click the pencil icon

and then you'll get this tab now click

design options

then click this plus icon

now drag and drop the image you want

and click save

as you can see the image has been added

in the same way you can change any image

on your site

now to change any text on your site just

go here

and click this pencil icon

now select the text

and start typing anything you want

and click save

and the text will be changed in the same

way you can edit any text you want on

this page

once you have done all the changes click

update

now if you go back to our site

and click refresh

you can see that all our changes have

been applied

now if you want to change the logo for

your site

just go to your dashboard

then go to theme options

and click header

and then click logo and title

here you will see the logo option now to

add your logo just click replace

and then drag and drop your logo here

once you have done that click save

and the logo will be added

now if you go back to our site

and click refresh

you can see that we have now got our

logo okay so now you know how you can

edit any page on your site now here you

can see that our website address ends

get a domain name so to get it just go

now if you click search

you can see that this domain name is

available so once you find a name which

is available to get this name for your

website just click add to cart

then click continue

and now it will ask you to select the

hosting plan as we already have our

hosting on maker WP so let's click skip

here

and you will get this card page now here

you can see that we are getting our

domain name for one year

and after one year you need to renew to

keep using it so to get this domain

let's fill up these details

and enter your payment details

once you are done now click order now

and you can see that we have made our

payment

now let's click here

then click domains

you can see that we have got our domain

so once you've got your domain now how

do you connect this domain with your

website

so next let's see how you can connect

this domain to our website which we just

built

so to connect this domain we are going

to do two steps the first step is to add

this domain to your website so to add

the domain let's go to makerwp.com

and then go to domains

now here you need to enter the domain

name which you purchased so I am going

to enter into your rights.com once you

have entered your domain

let's go to the final step which is to

add this IP address to your domain so to

add it let's go to this tab

and then click manage DNS

now click here

now next to the a record here we need to

add our IP address which is shown here

so let's go back to this page

and then copy this IP address

then come back to our domain and paste

the IP address here

and we are done so let's click save

changes

now let's go back to make your WP

and click connect domain

and now we have successfully connected

our new domain to our website so let's

check it

now if you open a new tab

and type our new domain name which is

rent your rights.com and press enter

you can see that we have got our car

Intel website which we just created

and if you scroll down

you can see the car which we added so

now your visitors can just go to your

domain name to access your site and view

the cards
