is a technical training it is about your

coordination we've got everything you

need and you know we do it well let's go

alright guys what we got right here is

the beginning this is two sets right

here this is two stations smashed into

one we want to start with because it's

very important as a beginner to get our

coordination down toe touches so of

course we will start like that of course

they'll be very quick immediately after

we get our toe touches will put the reps

up for you

go straight in to a juggling series

where we keep the ball up you can use

your left only use your right only

doesn't matter okay you put the ball

down and go straight into the cones okay

that means outside inside touch right

foot inside so it goes back like this

this is the proper form we get to the

end here we turn around immediately and

quickly let me go like this there there

there all right put the reps up for you

that is the initial start that will get

you some touches they get your

coordination going your agility going

and you'll be ready to ball

right guys so the drill here is to make

sure that you prove both you're strong

and you read foot your right and your

left and do it so you want to have two

cones here that you can basically go

over to and then you do all these little

moves but the important thing is that

you train both your right and your left

so if you go to the left cone you do

something predominantly with your left

foot you go to the right cone right foot

and vice versa

and you can basically will do anything

you want you just have to be creative

make sure you get a lot of little

repetitions in and that you make sure

you learn how to change direction every

time you come here every time you come

here and get really good at having the

ball at your feet blue all these

emotions and it's gonna be so much

easier in a real life match alright guys

so no training regimen will be complete

without the jumps it's an important part

of the game hands with our coordination

and this is our balanced section so what

we've got going on right here is of

course a little I don't know what you

call these things what you got here is a

little barrier that you can jump over

and if you don't have this you can of

course use that alright so keep going

like this quick jumps like that that's

the first portion from there we'll

change it up to make it more of a

stabilization drill all right which

means of course will be hopping on one

foot but we don't hop quickly right here

because it's so high we want to get

balanced and set so I might go on my

left get planted it planted again like

that and then of course change to our

right all right so we'll put the reps up

there for you guys if we want to do

those and immediately once we're done

they're right here in a nice little

section a little free-for-all alright we

didn't put a section of cones out for

you guys because doesn't matter you just

need to know we do our jumps as soon as

we're done you go get the ball round

here come in here like this

keep getting all those little extra

touches because we're trying to get more

touches the more that we can get the

better we'll feel in the game and the

better you'll be able to ball alright

guys this is ladders more coordination

work more stuff that the Guinness and

pros obviously need to do and we do do

this as a pro we do this all the time so

we've got the ladders here I'm not gonna

give you guys the exact version of the

drill that you guys should do just know

that there are so many of them we'll

give you guys some examples and then you

guys need to choose the ones that you

like the most so normally we'll do two

feet in so you come in here you go like

this two feet boom like that obviously

pumping like this when you get to the

end just want you to be here we've got a

ball set up to the left we've got a ball

to the right so we'll obviously bring

all of our trading together go through

the ladders come through the end get to

here put it up in the upper 90 walk away

like a boss and then go ball out of the

game
