I am currently a student in the Masters Programme in Food technology and nutrition at Lund University and I am absolutely loving it! The programme is very well organised and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have learnt so much already and I am really enjoying the challenge.
I would highly recommend this programme to anyone interested in a career in food technology or nutrition. It is a great way to gain knowledge and skills in this field and to meet other like-minded people.

Hi, my name is Prilliani Medina, I'm from Indonesia, and now I'm pursuing a Master's
degree in Food Technology and Nutrition. Why I chose this programme - because I have the
background related in the food technology, and then also I have work experience for several years
in business and product innovation in the food industry, so it's really related to my background.
The best thing about my programme is, I have to say, the education system, because there's a lot
of group assignments which allow me to work in the group things and then also collaborate with many
students from many countries, so it has really opened my mind, especially related to the food
issues around the world. We can learn not only from the professors, because they invite a lot
of guest lecturers from, you know, industry or from the food regulatory agencies, so we can learn
more. Anything not only from the school but also outside the school as well. I have to say we did
a lot of practical experiences, such as there is a lot of laboratory activities in my programme. So,
stuff from the basic ones such as the microbiology laboratory or the chemical analyst laboratory,
and then we also do some practical things to make a product such as yogurt or maybe water kefir,
something like that. And then also we also have the experience to go to companies and
then see how is the production system in in that company, such as in TetraPak or maybe some of the
dairy processing plants, something like that. Yeah, it's really cool.
